AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE TOTAL


AGRICULTURAL LANDHOLDINGS
I, ALEX Y. SALINAS, of legal age, Filipino, married and a
resident of Tacloban City, after having been sworn according to law,
hereby depose and state: THAT--1. I purchased from Susan Badajos-Lim three (3) parcels of
land in Brgy. Legaspi, Marabut, Samar, to wit:
a) Lot 4412
b) Lot 4413
c) Lot 4315

- 4,841 sq.m
- 15,061 sq.m.
- 1,356 sq.m.

all containing an aggregate area of 21,258 sq.m. only; I possess no


other agricultural landholdings except these above described lots,
which are likewise non-tenanted and without improvements.
2. This affidavit is executed to support the application for
retention and for the corresponding certificate of retention to be
issued by the Department of AgrarianReform.
