Strengths:

Asking about the day and date


Stated the objectives on the board
Asking students to sit properly to act with the video
Praising the students who were acting with the video
Showing a good example on one of the students daily routine
Asking prediction questions
Using body language to stop the noise
Asking comprehension questions about what they students saw Mohameds doing everyday
Showing interest in the students answer
Reminding the students to repeat well and called the boy who was sleeping
Shaking hands with the boys which made them comfortable to talk in front of others
Positive oral feedback with clapping
Prompting the struggling student to answer through encouraging words
Using transitions, asking students to clean up
Standing up and jumping on one leg to attract their attention and prepare for next task
Clear instructions about the poster activity
Clear voice with nice intonation
Good use of eye contact
Counting to attract attention
Monitoring each group and checking the work
Giving out smiley faces to praise early finishers
Switched to Arabic when getting angry to stop bad behavior
Asking students to clean up
Was able finally to control the class J
Writing the page number on the board
Eye contact to show anger
Supporting students understanding by going around and checking the workbook task

Suggestions:

The video has a low voice, difficult to be heard


Better to sing the song with the students
Let the students stand up to act, if the video is not clear try to sing and act with them
Give the students a chance to answer, they were able to give good answers
Spend time repeating and practicing the phrases with the students
Make sure all of them are drilling with you
Not all of them were paying attention mainly the line on your right
Avoid giving your back to the students
Display a larger picture when modeling the activity with the students
Dont give the materials until you give the clear instructions to the students
Avoid telling the students this make noise, make noise you will not take your paper
Language at a higher level
Be specific in your lesson plan
Time management
Some students were confused, better to talk to each group and each student while
working
Keep your eyes on the students while working, one of the boys was putting his head into
the envelop
The poster activity should be stopped and then you can show the best groups work
Shouting loudly, you will get tired
At the end of the lesson review the learned concepts to reflect on the lesson
