Chg: Vista and later now use a new, more reliable way to receive clipboard update notifications. Chg: Help updated to use HtmlHelp instead of WinHelp for Windows Vista/7 compatibility. Chg: I am now having Windows notify me of new clipboard items, instead of using a timer to check. Fix: Tab characters are now displayed as underscores on the menu and tool tip. They did not display properly before. Fix: Many bugs from the Visual Basic version should be fixed.
