1. Reference to Section 4 and 6 of the Implementation Rules and Regulations of P.D. 1866. 2. The following guards are hereby assigned to render security services / duties in places indicated and are hereby issued agency / company owned firearms properly identified: Name of Guards Place of Duty Date Type of F/As No. of Ammos.

3. Specific Instructions a. Security guard in this Duty Detail Order must be in proper uniform and shall carry his issued firearms only form his agencys companys office to place of guards duty and vice versa. b. The issued firearms of the guards are licensed, a copy of which are/is in the possession of the guard. c. This Duty Detail Order serves as an authority for the aforementioned guards to carry their firearms.
