I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the organization for providing me with the opportunity
to complete my internship in Web Development. I also thank my college faculty members and
project guide for their valuable guidance and support throughout the internship period.
1. Introduction

Web Development is the process of designing, building, and maintaining websites and web
applications. It involves frontend development, backend development, and database management.
This internship provided practical exposure to real-world web technologies and project development
lifecycle.
2. Objectives of Internship

• To understand fundamentals of Web Development.


• To learn HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• To develop responsive web applications.
• To understand backend basics and database connectivity.
• To deploy web applications online.
3. Week 1 - HTML Development

In the first week, basic concepts of Web Development and HTML were studied. HTML was used to
create webpage structure including headings, paragraphs, lists, tables, images, and forms. A basic
portfolio website and registration form were developed.
4. Week 2 - CSS Styling

In the second week, CSS was learned to design and style web pages. Concepts like colors,
margins, padding, borders, flexbox, and responsive design were implemented. The portfolio
website was enhanced with proper layout and mobile responsiveness.
5. Week 3 - JavaScript & Git

The third week focused on JavaScript to add interactivity to web pages. Concepts like variables,
functions, loops, DOM manipulation, and form validation were implemented. Git and GitHub were
used for version control and project hosting.
6. Week 4 - Backend & Final Project

During the fourth week, backend basics and database connectivity were introduced. A final project
integrating frontend and backend was developed and deployed using online hosting platforms. The
internship concluded with successful project submission.
