Kindergarten Lesson Reflection Insights

The teacher reflected that building relationships with students and using songs with movements helped students stay calm and engaged during the lesson. However, the teacher realized too many worksheets made the lesson boring for kindergarteners. In the future, the teacher will focus on using more hands-on activities that allow students to touch and move around to better engage them according to their age. The teacher's focus for the next lesson will be on ensuring the content is appropriate for the students.

Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze
why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with other teachers
about the successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style etc.

I think that my relationship with the students is what made the lesson
work better and when sung a song with the students that required
movements it made them less active during the lesson so I could work
with them when theyre calm and quite

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention.

Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to
take to be more successful in the next lesson.
The lesson was boring to the students because I made lots of worksheets for them and they
got bored afterwards so I dont think I should give kindergarten students because they will
get bored but giving them more things that they can touch and move around will let them
engage more in the lesson

Personal focus for next lesson:

I will focus on how the lesson goes and if it appropriate for the students age
