Dear Mr. P.A.H. Chaminda:
MANNET Co., Ltd is pleased to offer you the position of Assembly worker (Entry-level manufacturing). In
this position, you will be reporting to Mr. Sota Unose.
1. The starting salary offered for this position is ¥ 6.0M annually, divided into12 equal payments, and
shall be paid on the 25th day of each month. In the event the 25th is a weekend or holiday, salary will
be paid the day prior to the 25th.
2. Executive shall be entitled to 2 weeks of vacation each year of full employment, exclusive of legal
holidays, as long as the scheduling of Executive’s vacation does not interfere with the Company’s
normal business operations.
3. You will be entitled to a sales bonus and MBO (Management by Objectives), which will be agreed
upon annually with your direct manager.
4. You will also be granted options for x shares of Stock Options at an exercise price to be determined
by the Board of Directors of the Company. See attached details of MANNET Co., Ltd Stock option
program.
5. Business expenses shall be submitted and reimbursed on a monthly basis.
6. MANNET Co., Ltd will also pay for your monthly Commuter Pass (Teikiken) which is standard
practice in Japan.
7. As required by Japanese Labour Law, MANNET Co., Ltd will also pay your Japanese National
Health Insurance (Shakai Hoken) and National Pension (Kokumin Nenkin).

8. Your start date with MANNET Co., Ltd will be 16/10/2017 and you will be working from 3-6-6
Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0002 4th floor, Shibuya park building. This offer will expire 5.00
p.m. on 17/10/2017.
Your acceptance of this offer and commencement of employment with the Company are contingent upon your
execution of the attached Company Confidentiality Agreement.
On your first day of employment, you will be provided with additional information about the objectives and
policies, benefit programs and general employment conditions. Prior to employment our Human Resources
Manager will be contacting you, please provide your health care, pension, identification, and other
personal/professional details to insure a smooth and legal onboarding process.
The employee is appointed on a probationary basis for a period of three (3) months. During the probation
period, the employee will be assessed as to their ability to perform the job requirements to the required
standard as specified in presented job description.
In the event of the employee not performing to the required standard, this will be brought to the attention of
the employee and where appropriate assistance and guidance will be given to overcome these obstacles.
Should the employee fail to meet the required standards of performance or behaviour, their appointment will
terminate at the end of the probation period or sooner, in the event of such failure necessitating earlier
termination or dismissal.
