of Banco Dipolog, Inc. A Rural Bank to "PBCOM Rural Bank, Inc.". The Bank has
registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) its Amended Articles
of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name and the SEC
issued the pertinent certification thereon on 09 July 2018.
