wasting time on unnecessary or less important works can be eliminated.

With the well-organized room, house, village, town or country to find out things or
locations is very easy and less time consuming. We can save time which takes to search
or locate things or places with the good organizing practice. Same time when consider a
room, if the room is in an order where we utilize it, we can save time with efficient usage.
Unnecessary things can be removed from a room or office and can be save time by
searching or taking time to do unnecessary housekeeping works. With good discipline
room or office always be in same order and cleanliness where we can save time with
unnecessary re do works for organizing, cleaning works.
4. Write a short essay on “using various time management techniques to reach the future
challenges”.
With the busy environment, we are missing some spiritual, social or religious activities in
our day to day lives. Because of it, we are losing our society, happiness, interconnections
and creativity.
At this IT society, children and youngers are adhere to internet and other social medias
and they are wasting more time with less important and less urgent works with
technology. Now society has been converted to a computerized or programmed system.
Likewise future main challenges may be less socialized societies, less efficient land
usage, depleting natural energy resources, increasing elder resting houses, less competent
educated people about the nature. To overcome those issues, time management
techniques can be used effectively.
With the time management techniques like activities are sorted and “time matrix”
introduced by Steven Covey can be overcome future challenges by knowing where we
are and what to do to overcome those challenges.
