STAGE 1-New Zealand Qualifications Authority- International Qualifications

Assessment (NZQA-IQA) REQUIREMENTS

The process will take up to 25 working days.


Cost is NZD746.
A maximum of five qualifications can be evaluated per application. After this a
new application must be lodged
The Fast-Track option is available to guarantee a processing time of up to 10
working days. This costs an additional NZD404.
We aim to complete your application in the timeframes above but this is not
always possible. This depends on you supplying the correct and required
documents in the proper format.
You may verify the results of your IQA by uploading the statement on our
verification page. Visit the verification page.
QRS may also require further information on your qualification. We will notify
you if we need additional documents or details, or if there are delays.

B. Submit the following (but not limited to):
1. Teaching Diploma
2. TOR
3. PRC Certification/License/Rating
4. Practise Teaching Certification (state the leaners age, subjects taught that
you did it for over 45 days name of schools with letterhead and contact
number)
5. Certificate of Employment (state fulltime employment or show the work
hours to show fulltime, duties and responsibilities)
6. 2 IDs (e.g. passport biopage with signature, NSO, Voter’s ID, SSS ID)

Note: Submit ONLY the notarized/certified true copy with name, date and
contact number

STAGE 2- NZ Teaching Registration Requirements

The registration will cost


$302.57NZD and will take approximately 4 weeks to process.

1. NZQA –IQA Report (from stage 1 application)


2. IELTS (ALL 7)/TESOL/CELTA
3. CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT (state fulltime employment or show the
work hours to show fulltime, duties and responsibilities)
4. PRC CERTIFICATION/RATING
5. PRACTISE TEACHING CERTIFICATION state the leaners age, subjects
taught that you did it for over 45 days name of schools with letterhead
and contact number)
6. TOR
7. TEACHING DIPLOMA
8. 2 IDS (e.g passport biopage with signature, NSO, Voter’s ID, SSS ID)
9. CLASSROOM OBSERVATION REPORTS
10. FACULTY PERFORMANCE RATING/TEACHER APPRAISAL
11. TESTIMONIAL/REFERENCE LETTERS
12. SENIOR POSITION CERTIFICATION (e.g. department head, principal)
13. NBI/POLICE CLEARANCE (Indonesia, Philippines)
14. updated copy of your CV with signature at the bottom
15. fill out the form (not handwritten BUT computerized/type written)
