Specific Learning Outcomes
At the end of the lesson, the learners can:
Discuss the importance of Animation in the ICT industry through a short video clip;
Identify the common key competencies of an Animator by listing down the principles of
Animation; and
Classify the industries and careers for business as an Animator by researching its
description and a Filipino animator who made it in the industry.

Nowadays, with the help of technology, animation professionals have been in demand due
to the rise and expansion of BPO industries. But what does it really take to succeed as an
animator whether you decide to work for a company or start a company of your own?
