This proposal is prepared by Mind Mapperz, a company incorporated under the Laws of India, with its office at New
Delhi, in response to a call for proposal from St. Andrews Institute of Technology & Management (hereinafter
abbreviated to “SAITM” which expression will include its subsidiaries and affiliates) with its office at Khurrampur,
Farrukh Nagar, HailyMandi Road, Gurgaon, Haryana 122506, India (hereinafter referred to as ‘Client’ ).
Mind Mapperz and SAITM may be referred to as a ‘Party’ individually or the ‘Parties’ collectively throughout this
document. Following acceptance by both Parties, this document shall become a legally binding instrument with full
force and effect (the ‘Agreement’).
1. Background:
Mind Mapperz was founded by young professionals who want to change the structure of the present education system
prevailing in the country. Its learning programme is based on STEM education with a vision of student empowerment
which is based on the understanding that learning is more effective when students can shape the process.
Its vision is to create a world of intellectual, entrepreneurial and technical talent which will help in developing nation’s
future economic growth & at the same time, development of ethical standards and to ensure individual attention
support required for the success of children.
2. Engagement with SAITM:
SAITM was formed in 1988 with an aim to impart holistic education to develop the varied facets of a child’s personality
physical, intellectual, spiritual and emotional. It was started with the dedicated efforts of the founder members
with a dream to establish educational institutions that would impart education to help the students develop
their potential to the fullest, armed with confidence and determination, to achieve success in all their
endeavours.
Mind Mapperz has discussed new opportunities with SAITM in context with the changing trend in technology and its
innovations. Basis extensive discussions, various solutions& opportunities required by SAITM and after preliminary
analysis, the following area of intervention has emerged:
● Robotics workshop
To conduct a robotics workshop in the college premises developing an interest among the upcoming
engineers by giving them knowledge of various type of robotics systems with their basic building along with
their integration with fifth generation of computers. It also introduces them to the needs of the current
mechatronics sector.
The participants will get to know about all the latest technologies that are coming up in the automation
industry. This workshop will also provide a platform where young engineers can mould their imagination into
reality and feel the excitement first hand.
3. Scope of Work Inputs:
In conducting a workshop, Mind Mapperz team will requirea conference hall having an enough capacity to
accommodate the number of participants comfortably. A Projector setup with stereo jack cord and audio
public address system with sufficient number of screens in order to maintain good visibility in seminar hall. An internet
connectivity for the speaker. Two Wireless Microphones (Collar Mic. Preferred for speaker). One laptop will be
required per team from participants with little knowledge of programming languages.
At the end of the workshop, a competition will be organized among the participants where each participating
student will get a Certificate of Participation and the winner will get Certificate of Merit.
The workshop will be divided into theory and hand on practical sessions.

Kits will be provided to the students if the college goes with workshop with kits. In this case, a software tool kit
with training material will also be provided to the participants.
Workshop Highlights:
The projects are intended to stimulate students’ interest in developing key skills such as computer programming and
industrial design and fabrication as well as providing a hands-on introduction to several key topics in electrical,
mechanical, and industrial engineering technology.
1. Live hands on session on Robotics.
2. Live demonstration of various applications.
3. Learn and interact with one of the respected authorities of robotic era.
4. Improves job prospects and get an edge over counterparts.
5. Interactive Query sessions, Live Demos, PowerPoint Presentation.
The demonstration will be on the following four projects:
1. LINE FOLLOWING ROBOT (LFR).
2. ROBO RACE CAR.
3. HOME AUTOMATION.
4. OBSTACLE AVOIDER.
LFR follows either black line in white are or white line in black area. Robot must be able to detect particular
line and keep following it.
Robo Race Car comprises an Arduino Uno microcontroller board, an Adafruit motor control shield, ultrasonic
ranging modules, assorted motors and gears, and a chassis.
Home automation Presented here is a home automation system using a simple Android app, which you can
use to control electrical appliances with clicks or voice commands. Commands are sent via Bluetooth to
Arduino Uno.
In this project, an Obstacle Avoiding Robot is designed. It is an Arduino based robot that uses Ultrasonic
range finder sensors to avoid collisions.
Price Quotation:
It is divided into two sections:
Section 01: It will include the pricing excluding the price of kit to be used.

Workshop Terms and Conditions:
Workshops will be delivered by officials of Mind Mapperz & its Associates.
Only those candidates who have paid their registration fee for workshop or had received a valid confirmation
mail to join the workshop are only allowed to attend the workshop. At the time of workshop, students must
have their payment proof / gate pass of the workshop, with college ID.
Please note, this is just a workshop fee which includes training, certification & hardware / software tool kits /
kits / study materials only.
