I am writing to inquire about my immigration case filed under
Case Number WV-48592-2012 regarding the work permit issued to me
by your agency last November 17, 2018. The said permit is about to
expire on November 16, 2020.
I am a Canadian citizen working in the Philippines and one of
the conditions why I am allowed to stay in your country is because of
the special working permit issued to me by your Bureau. This permit
allows me to go back and forth in Canada and the Philippines for a
period of three (3) years. However, I unfortunately lost my permit while
I was working here in the Philippines, hence the reason why I lodged
an immigration case in your office.
For this reason, I would like to inquire regarding the status of
my case and I ask that you return a feedback as soon as possible.
