Calamansi: Acidic or Alkaline?

The documents discuss pH indicators and how various substances can be used to indicate acidity or alkalinity. Red cabbage contains compounds called anthocyanins that change color based on pH, allowing it to act as a natural pH indicator. Other plant-based pH indicators mentioned include extracts from kamias flowers, purple sweet potatoes, and black chokeberries. Lemon juice, vinegar, and baking soda are some common household substances with acidic or alkaline properties that can change the color of pH indicators.
