Subject: Extension of Authority

Dear: Ms Mojeno and Ruth Sibbaluca

 By virtue of the authority given to me by my client to sell his/her real estate property, to wit:

 Transfer Certificate of Title No. 068-2013002820


 Municipality of Angono Province of Rizal
 Forest Farm
 Lot Area 979sqm

Selling Price: Eight Million Pesos (Php 8,000,000.00)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The net selling price of above-described real property is Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand
Pesos Only (Php7,500,000.00).
2. The above-named Salesperson can sell the property amounting to Eight Million Pesos (Php
8,000,000.00) any such excess they may realize in the sale shall be given to her as commission,
Capital Gain Tax payment, Notarial Fee and Real Property Tax.
3. All expense relative with Transfer of property such as DST, Transfer Tax and Registration Fee
will be shoulder by the Buyer.

I  hereby extend to you this authority to sell the above property. Should you be successful in
offering the above property, Commission sharing will be divided equally I oblige myself to give
you of whatever net commission I will receive from the seller immediately upon receipt thereof.
It is agreed that in all transactions or negotiations  regarding your buyer and this property, you
shall be informed and you shall always be present together with me with utmost transparency.
