September 10, 2018

DR. JOSELITO S. TIZON

School Principal IV
Galas National High School
Galas, Dipolog City

Sir:

As much as I would like to participate in the Curriculum Implementation Division Supervisory

Observation (CIDSO), pressing concerns prevented me from fulfilling the same.

It was already Friday, the same day scheduled for me to have a demonstration, that I still have
to finish checking quizzes, e-class records, grading sheets, and identification of honor students.
Since I cannot attend for the distribution of student’s report cards on the Saturday, being my
worship day, I tried to finish all of the aforementioned tasks on Friday and hoped to deliver
them to one of my co-teachers. The latter would then distribute to my students their respective
cards. These high priorities substantially disabled me to have a well-prepared demo-teaching.

I am willing to be observed any time. Just please send me a notice ahead of the schedule.

Sincerely,

IMMANUEL Y. GRANADA
