Design, implement, maintain and upgrade the whole IT infrustructure:
Project with emphasis in the creation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure with 5 VLans (Management, Servers, Office,
VOIP & WiFi) to segregate traffic for security purposes. Using Vmware on the servers I implemented a Windows server 2008
R2 as the domain controller of the network, a CentOS server with OTRS as the ticketing system for the organization, a
Debian server with Elastix as our PBX VOIP system, a Windows 10 with INNUX Time as our HR/Payroll system, a CentOS
with Gestix for accounting, a Fedora with Mediadoc a program used to manage the day to day operation, an Bacula on a
CentOS server, a Ubuntu server with PFSense as a firewall. At the end of 2013 the the Windows Server 2008 R2 machine
was substituted with a CentOS server with Zential as the domain controller for the network. Several of these servers had
Apache or Nginx installed for most of these services are web based. Lastly had Nagios installed on a CentOS server to
monitor all network devices. The infrastructure was spread out thru the main office in Loures and it’s satellite office in Angra
do Heroísmo. Which was composed of 4 physical Servers, 4 Cisco switches, 2 Cisco Routers, 95 Windows desktops, 20
laptops and 40 VOIP Cisco 504G Phones. Had the responsibility to maintain, manage and provide all user support.
