MY SWOT
STRENGTH :
1. Ambitious: People says that I am very ambitious, and I think the same way. I’m an ambitious
person in the way that I don’t like to get a feeling of stagnancy. Oftenly, When I set a goal, i
feel like I should achieve it.
2. Empathetic: i can understand what people needs and making them feel heard. For example,
when one of my team members didn’t pass the elimination test, i helped her with my best
since i know her qualification, while the other just cheer her up. I take the initiative to
directly ask the committee and explain her best capability and efforts in the project. In the
end, she gets a second chance.
3. Good listener: My friends said that I’m a good listener. I can know whether my friends are in
problem or not even though they don’t show it on purpose. I know what they thought, so I
don’t force them to speak up, but instead, I used psychology methods to make them believe
me and pursue them to open themself.
4. Open-minded: I think it’s crucial to keep an open mind. I always try to consider other
people’s opinions and analyze it since I may learn things from other people’s perspectives.
5. Attention to detail
6. Continuous learning : I love reading books and articles to learn something new and improve
my current skills. By constantly learning, even just a small thing, I can grow and improve my
skills and knowledge.
Weaknesses :
1. Self-Criticism: I tend to be overly critical of myself. Whenever I complete a project, I can’t
help but feel that I could have done better than this, especially when it comes up below the
goal I set.
2. Too detail-oriented: I sometimes focus too much on a project’s details and spend too much
time analyzing the finer points.
3. Easy to distract : When I’m given a task or project, I am very goal-oriented and work hard to
complete it. However, when a new task comes across my plate, I sometimes jump right into
that task and halt work on the task I had in progress. But I’ve tried to overcome this matter
by manage and select the task that need to be done asap and prioritizing it.
4. Time management: I struggle to manage my time sometimes and cut too close to the
deadlines. To overcome this, I have started using reminder and daily alarm to remind me of
my tasks.
5. Lack of Confidence: I have sometimes struggled with confidence. I found it hard to speak up
in public, or in the organization, and it prevented me from speaking up and shared my ideas
Opportunities: overcome my insecurities and improve my lack-confidence to be an excellent public
speaker, have a good GPA every semester, graduate with a high GPA according to my goals with the
cum laude predicate, be a successful career woman, make a lot of money, Set aside my sustenance
later to give alms to those in need and build a shelter for children victims of war, dispatching my
parents to mecca.
Threats: many activities have conflicting times, hit by financial problems, feelings of insecure that
often come especially when seeing the results and achievements of others who are more than me,
often pessimistic before trying since I feel I will not succeed, the burden many people’s expectations
of me were causing anxiety about an unsatisfactory final grade that would upset my parents and
others.
Why i choose language class?
Ever since the beginning, I was passionate about international culture, and to understand an
international culture, I have to be able to master the language. But I can’t do it alone. I need media
and partners. And language class becomes a medium that might be of great help to many people,
especially students.
For other reasons, I personally think that Languages are sexy. I once had spoken English and
germane in public, and the sounds of a foreign language are instantly attractive to people
surrounding me. That time, I got the point; The curiosity to understand what people are talking
about in different languages becomes an instant attractive insight. They say People who speak other
languages are often smarter and more open-minded. This is because learning about other parts of
the world through language will open your mind up to different ideas and give a more holistic
understanding of your own beliefs. I believe that my relationships will be stronger and more genuine
if i can find new ways of thinking. Thus, I want to grasp more languages, to be able to speak in
different tongues even just basic thing, it’ll help me a lot. And I started it with English, since as we
knows, that English is an international language. I believe if I join this team, i’ll be one step closer to
reach my goal and I want to be one of the agents of change, who can help peoples and students
influence their language development, including myself.
What can i contribute?
When I was in high school, my school had many religion-based clubs or extracurriculars, but they
didn’t have academic-based extracurriculars like the English club. This is very unfortunate since, in
my opinion, there is a lot of potentials that can be explored, not only from a religious perspective.
Looking back when I was in junior high school, I joined an English club and was the co-head there.
Thus, since the beginning of high school, I always thought of starting an English club, but it hasn’t
been realized because of the lack of support from various parties. When I was in the final grade of
high school, I got help from my new English teacher; we tried to discuss it again with the principal,
and with a long process, we managed to create an English club that is still running until now. I hope I
can do the same thing in this team, to be able to help other students by coming up with new ideas or
events and activities that can become a medium that means for developing other students’
language.

i believe that this organization will give a platform where i can implement the skills & knowledge i
acquired from my education as well as it will give me a chance to learn from my seniors &

Ever since the beginning, I was passionate about international stuff, whether it international issue,
culture, languange, etc. And international officer is a role which allowed me to leaning and woking at
one shot.I was excited learning about these alternatives. In my personal interest, the international
outlook gives me a wide perspective and new ways of thinking.. I believe that this role will help me
to learn effectively in handle profesional relationships in the future.

i have good skill in both writting and speaking since i've filled secretary role in some organizations i
joined and i'm quite sure that the skills that i've acquired from my current organization & past
experience will help me do this role effectively.

I will use this experience to reflect on my flaws and work to improve on them for future

First, i'll Observe current trends. It’s a good idea to stay on top of current trends and adapt this to
approach eyes of people in order to get response to these.
For example, sustainability is a huge topic at the moment, and it’s something that will significantly
affect young people in the future. As for others, any topics such as scholarship, international
languange (english still the highest interest among student and ppl), personal building and branding,
and stress management, will be a good topics.

Saya berharap organisasi ini bisa lebih mengembangkan sayap, menjadi lebih dikenal banyak orang
terutama di kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa dan membantu mereka untuk mendapatkan new
insight.
1. What are your hobbies?
=> I have a variety of hobbies. I enjoy reading and have always been a voracious reader. Reading can
give an unlimited imaginaion. Moreover, I can learn the different cultures and customs of other
countries in the world too. I also love watching movies and dramas in my free time (mostly korean
dramas), the same case as reading, watching movies has also broadened my imagination across
horizons. There's also many movies and dramas come with good plot with the life-lesson in it.
Last but not least, I like listening to music. I take pleasure in listening to music. Music help me
recharge and bring me joy. It also help me to remember some good old days and moments.
2. What is your interest?
=> I realized that my interest have also connected to my hobbies which all of them has international
things in it, almost all of them drawn in english or other country languange and since i am interested
in english in many areas, it always sparks my interest.
3. Why do you want to join this english club?
=> Ever since the beginning, I was passionate about international things, whether it culture,
language, etc. And to understand it, I have to be able to master the language, and I started it with
English, since as we knows, that English is an international language. For other reason, i personally
felt that my english skill is not good enough, i need to hone and develop my english skilll to get on
the next level, But I can’t do it alone. I need media and partners. And english club becomes a
medium that might be of great help to me.

=> Yes. I will spare my time as much as it needed and will try to balance my college life

5. What is your expectations join in this program activity?
=> I am not a fluent speaker and my writing ability is average. Nevertheless, I am very much willing
to improve in those fundamental aspects. I hope that I can improve my speaking and writing ability
in this class and as I take on hinger English that I may convey my feelings and thoughts better using
this language, i also expect a pleasant learning environment where i can enjoy myself and be able to
share my thought and ideas with other members.
6. Why you choose tis role (publisher)?
=> I find this role really interesting & challenging too. I'm having 1 years of experience in the similar
kind of work which i was an online costumer service in some online shops , i also hasgood skill in
writting in since i've filled secretary role in some organizations i joined and i'm quite sure that the
skills that i've acquired from my current organization & past experience will help me do this role
effectively.
Also, i believe that this organization will give a platform where i can implement the skills &
knowledge i acquired from my education as well as it will give me a chance to learn from my seniors
