Ans: A digital story is a short first person video narrative. It is created by combining recorded voices, still and moving
images and music or other sounds. It can be used to document life experiences, ideas or feelings through digital
media.

a. Pictures drawn using paint application.
b. Photograph stored on the computer

Ans: The different sources of sound and videos in a presentation can be:
a. Recordings using a camcorder/digicam/mobile
b. Recording from a microphone connected to the computer

Ans: The guidelines are:

c. Choose the animation that suits the presentation.
Q 15. What are the different views for a presentation? Explain them.
Ans: There are six different views for a presentation:
1. Normal view: The Normal view is the main editing view which is used to write in and design a presentation.
2. Outline view: The Outline view shows the slide text in outline form capturing the initial ideas about the
slides.
3. Slide Sorter view: The slide sorter view contains the thumbnails of the slides and gives an overall picture of
the presentation making it easy to record, add or delete slides.
4. Notes view: The Notes view is used to type notes that apply to each slide. It can be of two types:
1. Notes for the presenter.
2. Notes for the audience.
5. Slide Show view: The Slide show view is the full screen view, showing the way it will be seen by the audience.
6. Master views - Slides, Handout and Notes: These are the main slides that stores information about slide
background, text, color, fonts, effects, and positions of the objects on the slides. Any changes in this will
reflect in every slides.
Q 16. How can we select multiple slides in a presentation to print?
Ans: We can select Print from File menu or Press Ctrl+P.
From the pop-up window that opens, choose the option from the Settings drop-down menu.
