Activities I had undertaken to gain AICTE activity points:

● Paper Drive 2019:It is a fundraiser event conducted by ROTARACT

RVCE in which old newspapers, books and other articles would be collected
from home to home and after selling the collected newspapers, the money
raised would be donated to underprivileged children in orphanages. The year
I participated in, we collected 15.52 tonnes of newspaper setting a record. I
worked for this event from morning 9 am to evening 5 [Link] certificate for
the same had been submitted to my 1 sem counselor Sowmya Ma’am.

● Uptown junk 2019: This was an event conducted by ROTARACT RVCE

mainly focusing on the concept of reuse and recycle which has a very
important environmental impact. The main motive is to come up with
something useful or creative using simple objects considered as junk. Our
team created a rocket out of plastic bottles, cardboard sheets and straw. It
was fun as well as enlightened us on how we can reduce the amount of waste
we produce and make the most of everything for a good purpose.

● Diksha project: DIKSHA is a unique initiative which leverages existing

highly scalable and flexible digital infrastructures, while keeping teachers at
the center. It is basically a digital education platform initiated by the
National Council of Educational Research and Training (Ministry of
Education, Govt of India). Especially in this time of pandemic this would be
really helpful in studying from home. This is a free website so it gives
education for all. Students from rural areas are benefitted the most through
this. We helped in building this project by uploading various contents like
textbook, workbook, question bank and videos curated by various teachers
according to Ist and 2nd pu syllabus. I uploaded content on Chemistry,
which would have immensely helped rural students to easily clear the
subject in their boards. I learned a lot through this project and am really
happy that I got an opportunity to contribute towards this noble project.
● Village visit: In this, a set of students travelled to any one village chosen
by college and understood the various activities happening in the village like
dairy, poultry, cattle rearing, sericulture, apiculture, agriculture etc. We had to
understand the current condition of the village if all its needs were met and
try implementing new methods for developing the village. We even planted a
few saplings and painted the school. We even gave awareness talks on
various topics like new technologies in the field of agriculture that can be
used, and also got an opportunity to learn a lot of new stuff about dairy
farming and animal husbandry.

● India 75@75:This was an event started by youth of India ekisaan

foundation to celebrate the 75th independence day. I was involved in the
Ideation and planning [Link] had to post about different events on our
social handles and let people know it was a global event. A total of 80,000
people from around the world joined this event and made this event a
success. I worked a total of 48 hrs on this event to make this event a success.

● Covid Seva (Your Informative Ambulance):Last year when India

was struck with second wave of covid, this event was organised by youth of
India where a group of us had to pool the information about the beds
available, oxygen cylinders, blood, plasma and even food resources in our
city and a website was made by RV students where all or collected
information was listed for better use of people where every information was
available in less amount of time without wasting any of their valuable time
These resources were verified and were constantly updated every hour of
every day.I have worked a total of 20 hours on this project personally and
helped people on my behalf.
