MANAGEMENT PLAN

PARTICIPATE AND ASSIST


After realizing the different elements and steps of a classroom/remote management plan,
you are now ready to make your plan which you can implement in your
classroom/remote learning. You may request a copy of the Classroom/Remote Learning
Management Plan of your Resource Teacher, or you may surf the internet for more
samples/exemplars to guide you in creating your plan.
My Classroom Management Plan
Philosophical Statement
 My classroom setting will be free from external noises and is tidy and well-ventilated.
It will be a values-oriented environment, with the theme “ I am worthy to be loved,”
which could affirm the students of their worth in the class. I am expecting full class
participation during discussions and culminating activities that will enhance their
social responsibilities and duties in class.

Classroom Rules and Procedures


 Everybody is encouraged to be working with groups, and anybody who is caught not
participating will degrade the quality of the group’s work/performance.
 Those who make bad words as expressions will be punished right away.
 Prayer assignment to everyone, requesting all to lead in front, without a copy with
them.
 The secretary per group will serve as the evaluator and reporter of their groupmates’
performances to the teacher.

Teacher-Student Relationships
 Each student is treated fairly and each is worth my time and effort in teaching.
 I will not only serve as their facilitator in learning but I can also be a sister, a
counselor, and an adviser about life issues and experiences.
 As their teacher, I will demonstrate humility and a sense of belongingness to my
students, guiding them to life’s great direction.
Schedules and Timeframes
 The teacher arrives on time, as much as possible.
 Students are now ready to learn upon the teacher’s arrival in the classroom.
 There is a time allotment for open forums and question-and-answer portions between
the teacher and the students.

Classroom Structures, Design, and Arrangements


 Given the availability of resources, I will be using round tables in my classroom to
easily facilitate group activities and initiate brainstorming with students, as it is an
important thing for quality learning.
 The wall design will be made up of useful and essential information to fill up one’s
mind, wholistically.
 The study area should be maintaining cleanliness and observe a positive space for
learners to think and act accordingly.

Classroom Safety Rules and Procedures


 The classroom safety rules and procedures will be one of the contents of the
orientation program, for the students to have such a brief background on the things to
apply beforehand.
 To remind everyone of the classroom safety rules and procedures, it is best to have
them posted at the door or in front, or in any other space where students can easily
check and read them.
Strategies for Rewards and Consequences
 A rule once agreed upon by the students and the teacher will be implemented for the
whole school year.
 Any punishment or rewards regarding a certain task done by the students will be put
into practice. This will push the students to perform each of their expected roles in the
class.

After reading and reviewing the classroom /remote learning management plan from
different sources and creating your own plan, answer the following questions.
1. What salient components have you noted? The crafting of a classroom learning
management plan demands a broader perspective of the teacher.
2. Why is there a need to utilize the information to create your classroom
management plan? If it is not utilized and crafted well, there is a great possibility
for it to not be effective. The use of SMART Goals in planning is a must then.
3. What were the significant things that you noticed when you were implementing
your plan? I noticed some are quite challenging to do in a real application. It
takes full cooperation somehow through the student-teacher approach.
4. Were there items in your classroom/remote learning management plan which
were not tailored to the needs of your students? How will you improve on these?
Yes, and it needs to be modified in order to align with the student’s needs in the
learning process.

ANALYZE
1. What elements in your classroom/remote learning management plan were
mostly followed/complied with? It falls under the strategies for rewards and
consequences. The students are quick-witted in this type of agreement. This
generation is fond of motivations, which push them to do well about something

2. What elements in your plan were the most difficult to implement? Why? It will

resources are not well provided and funded, there is no choice but to use the
readily available learning facilities of the school. There are but limitations to
these, especially when the teacher wants to let the students do something more
notable in learning through activities. However, teachers are flexible enough to
modify the activities into something that the available materials can
accommodate.

REFLECT
What were your realizations after creating and implementing your classroom/remote
learning management plan? I realized that classroom management is one of the hardest
challenges for the teacher. The teacher should be then vigilant and determined enough to
utilize the necessary steps in dealing with the class, not for her own sake but for the
betterment of every learner in the learning process.
