ONSITE VALIDATION AND PROVINCIAL TABLE ASSESSMENT

The Department of the Interior and Local Government aims to streamline the diligent implementation of
environmental laws in the barangays. Hence, the Manila Bay Regional Management Team of Central
Luzon initiated the Barangay Environmental Compliance Audit (BECA) to monitor and evaluate the
compliance of barangays within the Manila Bay Area, anent with pertinent laws on Solid Waste
Management.

In view thereof, as a member of the Provincial Assessment Committee of the said audit, we are
respectfully inviting you for the BECA Onsite Validation and Provincial Table Assessment on
September 11 – 14, 2023, 8:30 AM at the DILG Tarlac Provincial Office, Macabulos Drive,
Tarlac City.
