Dear All,
An incident of hot spot was observed in TB in one of
the C&R panel in Mokukchung SS. On investigation it
was traced to be TB of CT circuit (metering). An
immediate SFT was applied to attend the same by
shorting CT core at LCC.
In view of this all SS may carry out Thermo -Vision of
C&R panels thoroughly and identify any such defect.
Please submit your compliance by 30.03.2024.

132KV Side ICT III at Mokokchung
Dear Sir,
This is to inform that during thermovision
scanning of Panels, a hotspot has been observed
in the BCU & Metering CT circuit -R-Phase of
132kV side ICT- 3, copy of Thermovision camera
captured photo attached herewith for reference.
It is suspected that there might be loose
connection of wires. Therefore, to attend the
loose wire and to be on the safe side, the CT
circuit of BCU and Energy meter, i.e CT Core 3
shall be shorted at the field side. Matter has
already been discussed with AM, RHQ.

to your end.
