1.0 Introduction to Shai

1.1 Shai’s Role
Shai’s role is very unique being an almost fully support class offering up multiple buffs and
debuffs no other class has available, If what you wish to actually play a support class in this
game this would be the class i recommend

1.2 Strengths
- Extremely tanky class with a very good amount of heals, debuffs, buffs, and area denial skills
makes for a great team player class looking to turn their team into a monster while crippling
their opponents.
- Very good in end game pve spots that can’t be kd’d and has probably one of the easiest times
grinding of any class.

1.3 Weaknesses
- Long distance mobility isn’t amazing, typically you’re better off putting your weapons away if
you need to travel long distances
- Low pvp damage
- Not great in pve spots where you rely on down attacks
1.4 Florang
This section of the guide will go through each Florang skill. It will go through the pros/cons of
the skill, whether it is useful in pve/pvp (or both), how to use it (hotkey/key input), and any
other miscellaneous things about the skill.

● Swing Swing (PvE, key input)

○ This is the basic attack for Shai (lmb). It’s practically useless in combat other than
hop interaction as it’s outshined by other no cd skills
Advanced Mechanics:
holding LMB spoofs (pretends to be) standby allowing for use of anything
off hotbar during the animation.

● Hop (PvE and PvP, key input)

○ Primary mobility skill for shai (shift+directional keys), is a 3sec cooldown i-frame
that can be used on cooldown with no protection, ignores unit collision.
Can travel a good amount of distance combining W+RMB or W+RMB with this
skill.
(traveling using hop with w+lmb)

● Tuck-and-Roll (PvE and PvP, key input)

○ Secondary Mobility skill (w+f) has super armor with a 3 second hard cooldown.
Can do the same swing or 123 cancels that hop can do, ignores unit collision, and
applies a 20% atk speed buff.
Advanced Mechanics:
For Roll without Kicking (Go Away!), Input = W+F+LMB (but do not Hold)

● Go Away (PvP, key input)

○ Kick that floats the target (f), deals little damage is pretty slow for a kick and has
low range with a 6 sec cooldown, has it’s uses for getting a target on the floor
but typically you will have better options and we have no down attacks so it
doesn’t help in pve at all.
Advanced Mechanics:
Kick isn’t direction locked, and will turn your shai in whatever direction
your camera is facing. Allowing for quick changes in direction for other
skills that need it.
Also allows you to CC off Twirl3 or other protected skills in a different
direction than where you are facing.

● Play Dead (PvP, Hotbar only)

○ A 2 second long i-frame with a 5 min cool down, hides your name as you appear
to die.
An extremely useful i-frame that will sometimes even trick people who aren’t
paying attention but the cooldown is way too long to make it considered a good
skill.
Advanced Mechanics:
Hop while on the ground allows you to continue your protection chain,
Come Out, Come Out! After for a quick getaway.

● Sprinkle-Sparkle (PvP, key input)

○ Sprinkles magic to restore ally resources and steal enemy resource (a/d+rmb).
Only hits one target and is pretty slow with very little drain, not an overly useful
skill but it looks pretty.
Advanced Mechanics:
Sprinkle-Sparkle! works as a soft cancel for any skill and also spoofs
standby (allows use of Rabams, any skill on hotbar from either stance,
inputted Hop3 (S+LMB) in talent to swap, or simply stops playing while on
the move for sprinting.
(soft cancel meaning, it cancels the first moment you could do any other
skill. Cancels playing or continued actions)

● Outta My Way! (PvP or PvE, key input)

○ Jump in the air buffing self and allies ap (spacebar), requires florin leaf to be
filled which is filled from attacking and using skills. Has super armor and no
cooldown only limited by how fast you fill the florin leaf, can now see how many
stacks of leaf you have as well as has a much stronger ap buff based on leafs 10
ap at 10, 20 at 20, and 30 ap when maxed out try to keep the 30 ap buff up on
high priority allies.
Advanced Mechanics:
As of Jan 2021, Twirl-Boom! And Now! Will generate extra leaves. Using
both on CD will allow you to maintain the +30ap 100% of the time in active
PvE grinding.
Stacks with (almost?) all other +AP buffs
● Twirl (PvE, key input)
○ Throws your florang while hoping to the side (a/d+lmb). Deals good damage in
pve very little in pvp, regens a lot of mp, can be used from key input to weapon
swap to pre awakening.

● One-Two-Three (PvE and PvP, key input)

○ Basic ranged attack of the Florang (RMB).
Holding rmb will cast additional times up to a total of 3, good pvp damage but
the 3rd attack has a pretty bad hitbox, each attack has a stiffness chance.
There’s multiple ways to cancel into this skill to cast it faster.

(normal animation speed when just casting 1-2-3)

(a quick cast from a standing position, performed by tapping lmb before rmb)

(a quick cast after either of the two mobility skills, hold w+rmb after either hop
or tuck-and-roll)
(quick casting out of another skill, performed by tapping a mobility key partway
through a skill to cancel the animation then taping lmb then rmb)
Advanced Mechanics:
Go!, assuming 123 was off CD, will also stiffen on every hit. Gives you a
very controllable, but also high risk, CC option. (great for catching fast i-
framers)

● Hop-Three (PvE and PvP, key input)

○ Hop in the air attacking with the florang in a frontal cone (S+LMB). A nice low cd
fg skill that applies a 10% dr debuff to all targets hit, range is very low and
doesn’t hit very hard but useful for hitting close enemies and blocking certain
debuffs you don’t want to tank such as “Voltaic Pulse” can be used from idle or
after a hop by key input from talent.
Advanced Mechanics:
Against Large Monsters and Bosses, because the hits are so spread out
across the skills animation, if you get super close (partically on top of it) to
the mobs and turn slightly to the right.. You land considerably more hits.

● Kwik-Two (PvE and PvP, key input)

○ Jumps back quickly throwing the florang forward (S+RMB). Very quick low cd
evasion buff that also applies the 10%dr debuff to all targets hit, very nice
medium range with a pretty forgiving hitbox and high damage in pve, now has a
frontal guard as well.
● Twirl-Three (PvE and PvP, key input)
○ Spins and throws the florang forward (shift+rmb). Medium range low cooldown
Super armor skill, deals pretty good damage but the hitbox isn’t amazing, applies
the same 10% dr debuff to all targets hit
Advanced Mechanics:
For (gapless) Twirl3 after Hop (with no 123), input = Sft+W+LMB+RMB
(also works after roll, but will add an additional Hop)

● Eat This! (PvP, key input or hotbar)

○ Recklessly throws the florang in the direction you are aiming (lmb+rmb).
Very long range skill that applies stun, can be used to pull mobs in pve, does very
little damage, can be thrown quickly if done through key input.

(quick casted by holding lmb then tapping rmb)

Advanced Mechanics:
After any attack skill, input = Sft+LMB+RMB
Eat This! Timing "mechanic", holding regular LMB spoofs
standby allowing for precise timing (also for using anything
off hotbar). [Must use Sft+LMB+RMB for Eat This! This
way]

● Cheer Up! (PvE and PvP, key input)

○ Swings vitclari once (e) applying a buff that heals self and allies over time, same
cooldown as duration so should have 100% uptime on this skill as the heal really
adds up.
Advanced Mechanics:
Same stat as the HP Recovery from other passives/gems, Heal tick is
synced.

● Come Out, Come Out (PvE and PvP, Key input)

○ Swings Vitclari side to side 12 times while moving forward (Q).
Reveals stealthed targets and debuffs their dp by 10.
Advanced Mechanics:
This taunts enemies around you, this includes mobs, bosses, and some
pets.
This skill counts as standby even while moving, allowing use of anything
off the hotbar.

● Get Well (PvP and PvE, key input)

○ Creates a magical breeze healing self and allies and pushing away monsters
(shift+E), long cooldown heals up to 2100 hp for self and allies.
Advanced Mechanics:
The 200% version’s +All DP buff only applies to yourself.

● Over Here! (PvP, key input)

○ Creates a protective area (shift+Q), has super armor and creates a barrier that
denies all players and skills from passing through and applies an all speed debuff
to enemies inside the barrier.
Advanced Mechanics:
The Movement/Damage block lasts roughly 2 additional seconds after you
stop maintaining the dome. Gives you some wiggle room to quickly
Buff/Debuff, Heal, or start Echo without worry.
1.5 Talent (Awakening)
This section of the guide will go through each talent skill. It will go through the pros/cons of the
skill, whether it is useful in pve/pvp (or both), how to use it (hotkey/key input), and any other
miscellaneous things about the skill. All Talent songs can be hotbared and used from florang,
there are a few songs that are enhanced when enhancing your Sol (talent weapon), the bonus
at tri is +9%, the bonus at tet is +11%, and the bonus at pen is +15% i’ll include in skill
description which skills are benefited by this.
You can cancel any song by pressing (lmb) during it, using any talent skill followed by one of the
same instrument is now much faster than before when transitioning to another song
Advanced Mechanics:
The +% enhancement is additive with the tooltip in your skill page. I.e. Misty Haze is -
25% All DP and -25% All Evasion with a Pen Artina Sol.
The buff tooltips do not update with your enhancement level, but they do in fact provide
the effects.

[as of Jan 2021] Shai has 2 forms of song chaining.

Between instruments, we gain a small speed increase when swapping to the new
instrument (~10-20%)
On the Same instrument, we gain a Massive speed boost (35-50%)

Hop3 can be (inputted) to swap back to Pre at the start of playing, after the song ends
(or does its initial tick) {Timing is tricky and varies heavily}

Tring Songs

These are your debuff skills, make sure you’re around enemies when you cast them, these skills
have super armor and you can move while casting to maintain super armor up to about 15
seconds.
● Misty Haze
○ Generate an aura (Q) that pulses and lowers enemy dp and evasion by 10% for
20 seconds.
This skill is enhanced when you enhance your Sol further increasing both the dp
and evasion reduction rate.
Advanced Mechanics:
The glob of light above you when you start the skill is your Super Armor
timer, you are NOT in super armor till that glob connects with your body
and disappears. (this is approximately 1.5 seconds with speed buffs
active)
The Super Armor lasts as long as you are playing afterwards.
Chaining From another Instrument vs using from hotbar/standby reduces
the startup time slightly.
Chaining to or from Delusive light will connect the Super Armor and
bypass the startup animation of whichever the second song was.

● Delusive Light
○ Generate an aura (shift+Q) that pulses and lowers enemy crit rate by 50% and
move speed by 10% for 20 seconds.
This skill is enhanced when you enhance your Sol further increasing the
movement speed reduction rate.
Advanced Mechanics:
Same mechanics as Misty Haze above. There are ~3 smaller globs
around you on startup, instead of 1 big one above you.
The -Crit chance% only reduces crit chance from buffs. It does not reduce
5/5 crit or %crit innate to a skill. [Some mobs can crit at a low-ish chance,
especially Mini Bosses/Bosses]
The -MS% effect is a unique Debuff, stack with all other slows.
Slows affect mobs the same way they do players, heavy slows reduce the
rate at which they attack/turn/move. Reducing Damage dealt to
you/friends and increases your ability to get Back Attacks. Should be
maintained when possible even in PvE.

Because Song Chaining makes your 2nd Tring song instant/SA, its
recommended to open with delusive as a quasi protection for Haze in
most cases (esp. PvE)
Tute Songs
These are your Buff skills, be around as many allies as possible when casting, all of these are
unprotected, can move while casting and continues to cast for about 15 seconds for all of these,
you can only get one of these 4 skills to the max rank.

Chaining tute songs has become much easier now, here’s a video of Phelsong showing a
proper way to chain out all the buffs in a short amount of time.
[Link]

● Sun, Moon, and Stars

○ Generate an aura (F) that pulses and Buffs ally Move speed, attack speed, and
cast speed by 5% if you don’t choose to max this skill and 10% if you do for 30
seconds.
This skill is enhanced when you enhance your Sol further increasing the all speed
increase rate.
Advanced Mechanics:
Input = A/D+F when chaining from any other song.

Just a Note: Sol enhancement says +All speed% in most versions of the
game, Though it does not seem to increase MS% in relation to Hop/Roll
speed and distance past a certain point. (While the speed increase in skill
animation possibly/does seem to apply)

The Buffs effects are Unique. Stacks with all other sources, including
Caster’s Speed Spell.

Rank3: This is the General/Catch-All PvE (and even PvP)

recommendation for up to Tet Artina Sol. Shai is balanced with the
expectation of a certain level of +AS%/+MS% to function.
Plus because it stacks with everything, it’s a no lose pick.
[Still great at Pen, others are only potentially recommended based on
Higher AP spot design and PvP applications]

● Shout to the Sky

○ Generate an aura (S+F) that pulses and buffs ally max hp by 700 if you don’t
choose to max the skill and 1500 if you do for 30 seconds also applies a heal of
400 if you don’t max and 500 if you do.
Advanced Mechanics:
HP recovery is only while playing, in the area, for up to 10 people (per
tick). Tick rate is 5 seconds, capped. (can’t be faster)
From start of playing, heals… 0-5-10-15 (potentially 1.6k-2k hp)
Holding for the second tick is a good option when you need some quick
heals.

Rank3: Buff is solid option for harder group based content, especially in
NW/Siege where you have multiple Shai. Max Hp can help friends that are
getting 1-shot while grinding. Heal component is also underrated.
Also a great option for Hard-Mode World bosses and field bosses.

● Time to Shine!
○ Generate an aura (RMB) that pulses and buffs ally Black Spirit Rage generation by
0.3% if you don’t max it and 0.45% if you do for 20 seconds.

Advanced Mechanics:
Input = W+RMB when chain from any other song
[A/D+RMB also works if you have Sprinkle-Sparkle locked]

3% per 10 seconds = 1 extra Z buff every ~4 minutes or ~12 extra per

hour, per person you maintain on. Should use as much as is feasible.

Rank3, [Opinion] really only useful when you have so many shai that you
have Rank3 of all the other 3 rolling on your main group.
Has some Niche uses for strategic NW/siege play (Shai Battery)

● Summer Rain
○ Generate an aura (S+RMB) that pulses and buffs ally resistances by 20% if you
don’t max and 40% if you do for 20 seconds.

Advanced Mechanics:
Rank3: Song is actually very, very, very, very strong. Should strongly
consider at Pen Artina Sol (So you have enough Speed to function still).
Resists let you bypass lots of PvE mechanics, that are otherwise a
problem (Resists even works vs stuff that bypasses SA)

Tamtam Songs
These are your cc skills, they each have 50% acc you can’t move while casting any of these but
they all have super armor.

● Forest’s Echo (Mostly PvP)

○ Creates a field around the caster (Shift+F) that stiffens targets that enter, can
hold F to maintain the field at the cost of stamina and it will stay until either you
release the key or you run out of stamina.
Advanced Mechanics:
Skill is more accurately should read
Hit1: 1000x1, Max Hits 4
Hit2:..
Hit3:..
F for Maintained Playing, 1 Hit per second. (pre +speed%)

Rolls for CC 1x per Hit.

When Chained 2nd or 3rd off another TamTam song, its gains a ~+50%
speed bonus on the initial 3hits.

May mouse move to spin during the initial hits.

● Sun’s Fury
○ Summons a pillar of fire in front of you (Shift+RMB) this pillar will deal a small
amount of damage and apply a move speed, cast speed, and attack speed slow
by 20% to the targets.

Advanced Mechanics:
Damage is mouse move-able pre impact.
Slows = Less Damage taken + more time for back attacks. Use (when
reasonable) on CD for PvE

● Earth’s Tremble (Mostly PvP)

○ Tremble the earth in front of you (Shift+LMB) targets hit by the tremble will be
stunned

Advanced Mechanics:
Damage/CC is mouse move-able.
Misc

● Tuning (idle)
○ Plays a tune (LMB) healing self and regening mp, not overly useful.
○ Maintaining Shout of the Sky heals more, as a backline regen tool.
(400hp/5seconds)

● Do It Better! (PvP and PvE)

○ Buffs self and allies (E) AP by 30 and also buffs all special attack damage by 5%,
has super armor.
Advanced Mechanics:
Stacks with +AP on Outta My Way. (possibly other AP buff for other
classes, untested.)

Super Armor is spotty, gap at start and end. Use when safe to do so.

1.6 Rabams (skill enhancements)

Rabams are combination skills combining the effects of two pre awakened abilities to form a
new one shais are a bit unique in that they can be used from talent stance but do not weapon
swap you (when playing, will swap in standby). Currently recommend Tumble Wumble (PvP) for
your 57 rabam waiting to see if 56 rabams get buffed at all.
Level 56 rabams (shift+x)
● Over There!
○ Use the vitclari to summon a small orb that will follow the closest target, will
deal very small amounts of damage every 3 seconds and apply a -20 ap and -12%
accuracy debuff to the target, the summon is targetable and has low hp.
○ Immune in PvE

Advanced Mechanics:
You have to stand near the spirit to activate it (or have a mob near it) for it
to start moving. Otherwise, itll just sit there and do nothing.
A.i. is super dumb.. But the debuff is OP for most content where you
would want it. (Be careful where you summon it)
Better Option for reducing Burst/Sustained Damage.

● Sharing is Caring
○ Use the vitclari to summon a small orb that will follow the closest target, will
pulse out a 350hp heal every 7 seconds affecting up to 10 allies, the summon is
targetable and has low hp.
○ Immune in PvE

Advanced Mechanics:
First tick requires someone to stand near the spirit, roughly 1-2 seconds
into the duration. 2/9/16/23/30 (seconds) totaling 1750 HP. If someone is
not standing near it after it's summoned, itll just sit there and do nothing till
someone does.

Better option for curbing chip damage in the backline. Decent for world
and field bosses or other immune mobs and for when the debuffs (of Over
There) are covered by another class.
Also has use in cases where you are moving very fast, as it will actually
follow you. (most of the time)

Level 57 rabams (shift+z)

● Twirl-Boom!
○ Throws the florang to deal damage, counts as 3 skill casts for your floren leaf
count
Advanced Mechanics:
Was updated to be super fast and not lock out of hotbar use (other than
when physically throwing).
THE pick for PvE, no contest.
(for the few that care) Better for doing damage in PvP

● Tumble Wumble!
○ Throws the florang applying a fg effect during the attack and applying a 10 dr
buff to yourself for 10 seconds, counts as 3 skill casts for your floren leaf count

Advanced Mechanics:
CC is needed for several Pit of the Undying Bosses.

FG is super short at the start of the skill.

Use when you don't need Twirl Boom!

Level 58 rabams (no key input)

● Now!
○ Jumps in the air throwing a small slow debuff and removing stealth from
enemies for 10 seconds, is super armor

○ Updated to Generate 3 leaves

○ Pick for Solo PvE. Toss up for Group PvE. Useful for Smaller Scale PvP.

● Careful!
○ Jumps in the air throwing a decent sized aoe heal for allies (does not affect
yourself), is super armor

1.7 Skill Addons / Quickslots

Pvp (Ippo)

PvE (huy)

PvX ( Phelsong)

Addons are not some set in stone thing and we don’t really have Best addons anymore after
losing some crit rate and monster damage, not having access to t3 addons and also only limited
to pre awake, at least we got 6 now though.

Ideally You’d include (in order of priority) -Dp > +Crit% > -Eva% > +MS% > +PVE AP > +AS%
Swap in Hp on Hit, -AS/MS, or other utility addons as needed, based on that.

Ippo’s UI

Just an example if you need one to follow of what i hotbar and keep on my skill tracker, don’t
need to follow it exactly there is no “best” ui setup, just w/e works for you.

2.0 Gearing
2.1 Early Game
- New Player: [Link]
The armour is obtained though the main 1-50 questline (The +15 Liverto is gained by hitting
level 55, you can claim it from your rewards tab). As you complete quests and level up, the
black spirit will give gifts to you. These gifts contain the armour and a bunch of other items like
inventory expansions, skill points and some accessories. Your crystals should focus solely on
you getting to +5 attack speed.
Your next steps should be getting the Roaring Magical Armour, three pieces (shoes, helmet,
gloves) of Grunil, Heve or Hercules gear and the Asula Accessory Set (picture below, link if the
picture is too small for you) while working to save up for the pieces in the next build.

- Pre Boss: [Link]

As a general note, the green gear shown in this build should be BOUGHT at the marketplace
and not enhanced. You generally want to save up your enhancement materials (Memory
Fragments, Sharp/Hard Black Crystal Shard and Armour/Weapon Stones) for boss gear
enhancement.

Your next steps should be getting some boss gear. Prioritization should look something like:
kzarka/blackstar (probably kzarka to start as blackstar is quite expensive) > leebur >
muskan/dim tree (whatever you get first) > kutum (when you’re 220~ w/ one)

Naru into tuvalu on seasonal characters can pretty much replace the entirety of your early
game settups

2.2 Mid Game

- Softcap AP (for pve): [Link]
General ap build meant for pve, next steps should be tet accessories starting with TET Crescents
> TET Ogre/Laytenn > TET Tungrad Earrings

- Budget DP (for pvp): [Link]

Budget DP build meant for Shais that are just starting to get into the pvp scene, your next steps
should be TET DP accessories (Hesus Earrings/Rings, Centaur Belt and Bensho Necklace), PEN
Heve/Herc/Fortuna and caphras in your armour.

2.3 Late Game

- PC dp pvp siege gear: [Link]
This is a fairly late endgame goal for a dp build using caphras to keep you at the dr softcap while
pushing for extremely high evasion numbers, will keep you relatively tanky, crystals can be
moved around some if you want to incorporate resistances and don’t mind giving up acc from
vipers. Contains 2 crystal sets first is with fiery sol 2nd is w/o
- Console dp pvp siege gear: [Link]
Reason behind using DR accessories (cadry) on console is they do not yet have caphras to boost
their tankiness up enough to reach softcap with evasion accessories, same crystal comment as
in previous build.

3.0 Large Scale & PvE

3.1 Large scale tips
Our role you’ll play in large scale consists mostly of awakened abilities, cycle your buffs on as
many allies as possible making sure to hit big 100% hitters with your bsr regen skill, if you’re in a
small group make sure you call out your big buffs such as e buff and z consume, some tips are:
- Having a very good consume skill makes shai not worth transferring into another class
but make sure you lock your 100% bsr skill.
- When your buffs are on cd and your allies are ready to engage jump into a group of
enemies and hit as many with your 2 main debuff skills as possible then start stiffening
as many people as you can with forest echo until you’re ready to buff again, you want
your buffs on as many people as much as possible they are a huge benefit to your team.
- If your guild isn’t calling when you should use Over here, use it to either split an enemy
push inside of a choke or to counter a PA push by the enemy, typically when walking to
get a bubble (over here!) up I'll use “come out, come out” then just shift+q when i want
to use it since come out come out is a super armor and allows you to cancel anytime
into over here.
Buffs you’ll want to keep up in large scale:
- Exquisite Cron Meal, normal pvp villa, protection stone, church buffs and Khalk’s exilir
- Defensive: steel defense, strong life, and splendid Helix
- Offensive: Perforation, death, and thorn
- Survivability (great when you're hitting as many people as much as shai does like when
you're doing forest echo in a group): draining, grim, and strong resurrection
A more in depth guide including positioning and such can be found here make sure to
look it over if you need more information on shai in large scale
Shai Largescale Guide

3.2 Grind Spots

Manshaum Forest (220+ ap tet kutum)
Useful buffs:
● Monster damage addons on Twirl or Twirl-Three
● A Crit addon (i also use twirl-three for this)

Consumables:
● Giant's Draught (+10% damage to all special attacks)
● Ancient grindstone buff from tent or Physical Reinforcement villa buff
● Exquisite Cron Meal

- Make sure to loot Manshaum Totems too as they have a chance to drop extra trash loot. Stay
close to Manshaum Great Warriors to avoid them doing the iframe jump animation.
- Loot scrolls will not significantly increase your trash loot/h here since most manshaum mobs
can only drop a fixed amount of trash.
- Depending on market prices, doing the scrolls from combined Manshaum Voodoo Dolls
yourself can greatly increase your money/h.

Video examples:
N/A

Mirumok (225+ap Kutum)

Useful buffs:
● Monster damage addons on Twirl or Twirl-Three
● A Crit addon
● Outta my way! Buff
● Misty Haze debuf
● All talent buffs except for hp

Consumables:
● Giant's Draught (+10% damage to all special attacks)
● Ancient grindstone buff from tent or Physical Reinforcement villa buff
● Exquisite Cron Meal

- A party grind spot so honestly shai can probably get away with a bit less ap because the
amount you help your allies clear speeds helps a ton here
- Just make sure you get in a group that knows what they’re doing pulling mobs slightly away
from the watchers/lookout and just farming until they stop summoning.
- Manage your buffs re applying them between spawn waves if they’re off cd everything except
the hp buff helps clear rate a bit so if you have down time use them.
- Z buff at the start of pulls, same with e buff and outta my way if they’re up.

- Make sure you group up mobs as tight as you can when you pull, our aoe isn’t that large
but the dps inside that aoe is huge, pull all mobs onto balten or elten in pulls with them
if there are none pull the kelqs and small mobs on top of the vodkhan.
- Pull the little mobs by hitting them with twirl if they’re close or a quick cast eat this! If
they are far.
- Make sure to go for back attacks during your main dps cycle after buffing and if possible
stiffening the mobs while their backs are turned to you.
- While pulling you can use misty haze to debuff mobs, after mobs are pulled and tight my
normal dps rotation will look something like
Twirl-Three > Hop-Three > hop/roll through mobs > Kwik-Two > One Two Three
(sometimes canceling before third hit if i think the range isn’t good enough) > repeat.
Sometimes I’ll mix twirl into my dps cycle if i need the mp but always make sure at least
the crit and monster damage buffs are up.

- Pull mobs on top of eye towers and dps, mobs pull much faster here than in hystria
shouldn’t be much of an issue.
- Watch out for the forms of cc, they are all telegraphed (As long as you avoid these you
shouldn’t die much due to the high levels of sustain shai has in her due to her high
number of hits.):
- Kureba will pick up a rock and smash it on you applying Knock down.
- Lykin will spin in the air and then dive on you applying Knock back.
- Elmermol will spin on the floor applying Knock down.
- Keep your buffs up using z buff whenever you have it, use misty haze while mobs are
pulling but not while mobs are already on top of you.
- Dps rotation pretty much the same as Hystria.
- Recommend to have at least one HP on hit addon (We recommend One-Two-Three)
- Remember to keep as many attack speed buffs up as you can at all times (Tuck-and-Roll,
Sun,Moon,Stars, Skill Add-on)
- Be very careful using awakening skills if your DP is not extremely high as the mobs can
easily take you down if you stand still too long buffing/debuffing.
- Invest in Racid Island to increase overall item drop rate here.
