2. Product Background

The HR department at ABC Company is facing challenges due to the increasing workforce and
reliance on traditional solving methods. Manual processes for tasks such as recruitment, leave
management, and performance evaluation are time-consuming and prone to errors. The complexity
arises from managing a large volume of applicant resumes, leading to inefficiencies and
dissatisfaction. Additionally, the company's current HR management system may encounter issues
such as complex user interfaces, lack of essential features, and inadequate technical support,
impacting productivity and employee morale. To address these issues, some employees have
proposed the idea of developing a web-based HR management system. This system would optimise
HR management processes, minimise errors, and enhance overall efficiency.

3.1 Misa

incomplete solutions. SmartHR stands out with its flexibility, utility, and high performance, offering a
comprehensive and effective solution that helps businesses overcome HR management challenges
and enhance their competitive position in the labor market.

SmartHR prioritizes a simple and intuitive interface, allowing HR professionals and employees with

growth. Our Smart HR management web application is not just a tool, but a strategic partner that

6. Project Scope & Limitations


In this project, due to limitations in both manpower and time, the team will focus on developing
employee information management and recruitment functionalities. Given the time constraints, we
will not yet develop integrated functions such as payroll, bonuses, and timekeeping.

6.1 Major Features


NOTE: Mong cô xem kĩ giúp bọn em FE05, FE06 về vấn đề sau:

+ Nếu công ty có trang tuyển dụng riêng thì bọn em sẽ tích hợp với data của trang đó để lấy
thông tin tuyển dụng và thêm các chức năng tổng hợp để xử lí cho thông tin đó (đánh giá,
gửi mail …)
+ Cũng như các chức năng đã nói ở trên nếu công ty không có trang tuyển dụng thì bọn em sẽ
làm thêm một trang tuyển dụng riêng (guest) để ứng viên ứng tuyển nhưng nhóm đang
tranh luận về scope trong dự án là sẽ không còn cho người trong công ty dùng nữa

FE-02: Personnel records, a place to store and manage personnel information
FE-03: Personnel contract management, a place to store and remind personnel when
contracts are about to expire
FE-04: Complete all personnel procedures: appointment, dismissal, transfer, resignation
(notice of resignation and resignation), request for leave.
FE-05: Recruitment page (guest) to view recruitment information and apply
FE-06: Recruitment page (HR) creates job postings, edits and deletes job postings

6.2 Limitations & Exclusions
LI-1: Advanced Background Check: Although Smart HR can facilitate the background check
process by initiating the request and storing the results, it does not perform the check itself.
Third-party services are still needed.
LI-2: Third-party integrations beyond pre-built connectors: Smart HR integrations with
specialised or custom systems may require additional development work.
LI-3: Currently, the system does not temporarily support or develop additional timekeeping
and payroll functions, but it is in the future development plan.
