The automotive industry is constantly expanding, generating billions of
dollars every year. More than 78.7 million cars were sold worldwide. Toyota,
Volkswagen, Ford, Nissan and other industry giants are dominating the market.
However, this doesn't mean there's no room for newcomers. With some planning
and creativity, we can start own car-building company and turn it into a success.
The first thing that we have needed to decide that which type of car we are going to
build eg. Sports car, passenger car, city car or electric car according to the
customer need that which type of car majority of the peoples wants the mostly
people wants fuel-efficient car which are cost friendly so, we’ll build plug in
hybrid cars which saves the 60 percent fuel cost we can see that the fuel prices are
increasing day by day and people are upgrading their vehicles with electrics we
build the car which with one charge give user minimum 80km drive and the
something different which we provide in our cars is to charge anyplace with local
electricity there will be no need of specific charging station to charge the car. We
know that the car making company needs to much money to for starting the
company and its production and also need of the advanced machinery to build the
cars the first we establish the different department and assign the authority
according to their specialty and also we need to higher the project manger and
gives him authority to manage the whole project. as responsibility of PM it
includes that I check that how the working is going on the project the outcomes of
the worker the daily routine of the results that they are giving on daily bases as we
know that the cars company need money to start its production but we don’t have
enough reserve to manage all the things then as project manager it is my
responsibility to raise the funds from the different source.
Raising Funds:
When we see that the amount is not enough to open any new branch for
my business while expending or opening the new sub offices or showroom for the
company then we need to raise funds.

1. Banks
First we raise funds by taking out a business loan from a bank. We
ought to approach different banks and not just our own.
2. Venture Capital
If we cannot get funds from a bank, then we could try raising funds from
venture capitalists. Venture capitalists are people or companies who provide funds
for new projects or to start up companies in which they see potential and that have
the potential to pay handsome returns.
3. Friends and Relatives
If friends or relatives who can lend fund for our new projects, then this
may be a viable option for raising funds, as it will involve the least amount of
paperwork and inconvenience. But we will still have to pay them a decent amount of
interest on the loan amount.
Home Renovation Project:
1. Build a Detailed Home Improvement Project Plan
The first step in a remodeling project is to develop plan that clearly
states the goal for renovation and includes designing inspiration and an outline of the
work that needs to be completed.
My project plan should also include:
Blue prints or sketches of finished project e.g. 3D view of cars.

The next step when planning is to determine our budget and financing.
Budget should include the costs for permits and manufacturing materials, labor
costs.

We decide how much we want to spend and finalize financing. we set aside
at least 10% of budget for unexpected costs.

If my cost estimates do not fit in my budget, I use improvement project plan

on cost estimates alone. When interviewing and selecting contractors, also consider:
As we know that our company is a car manufacturing company and it is very
important for us to provide the best quality of the product so like we need the best
quality of the tire se we’ll give contract to the best tire manufacturing company.

Once we select budget and team in place for our remodeling plan, it’s time to
put together our timeline. First, choosing a desired start date like the date of
customer booked a car then delivered it on date, or if we’re hoping to have it
completed by a specific date.
Innovation & Improvement:
1. Generating ideas
The first step in the innovation process is to generate ideas for creating or
improving products, services and processes. Like the quality of seats interiors
options.
2. Selecting ideas
The second step is to evaluate and select the ideas that we want to
implement. We may have a heap of great ideas, but we need to be very selective
about the ideas that we choose to explore further because exploring ideas takes time
and money and they are both in limited supply.
3. Implementing ideas
The third step is to implement the ideas. Implementation is not just a one-
off event; it's an iterative process that involves testing, collecting feedback, and
refining the ideas.

The cars company business need the showrooms in different city of the
country that help people to visit personally to check the cars with the test drive to
check that how good is the car. We open the offices in different locations of the
Pakistan that they can book their vehicle easily.

It is most important for my company that it gives access for the customer to
check out information about our latest models of the cars with the features and price
and also they can compare the specification of one car with the other models of the
cars to find the best one in the budget.

If our plan on leveraging digital marketing to increase leads and grow the

that how much time it will took to manufacture so we imports the latest machinery
to enhance the performance get more output and manufacture maximum units and
try to delivered before the time to the customers.

the environment and for the workforce.
