Pa Paid Attached is a copy of Unnumbered Regional Memorandum dated February 22, 2022 relative to the conduct of “PANAGHINABI” during the First Quarter of year 2022 of the Basic Education Curriculum in all levels on March 1-22, 2022. The schedule for Davao del Norte will be on March 9, 2022. ‘The activity aims to gather information in evaluating the effectivity of the curriculum and in ensuring that the assigned targeted o intended, implemented and attained curriculum is aligned with the framework. of the K to 12 Basic Education programs, activities and projects. The monitoring will be led by the Chief Education Supervisor of the Curriculum Leaming Management Division (CLMD) with the Education Program Supervisors in-charge of the leaming areas and programs. The CLMD Education Program ‘Supervisors (EPSs) will be the one to identify the schools to be visited during the monitoring using the contextualized monitoring tool prepared by each leaming arealprogram supervisor. ‘The regional team will arrive in the Schools Division Office at exactly Eight O'clock (8:00) in the moming for a courtesy call with the Superintendent, after which the team shall proceed immediately to the identified schools for Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with the teachers, coordinators, school heads, Education Program Supervisors and Public Schools District Supervisors. A post-conference and feedback session of the monitoring shall be done at exactly Two O'clock (2:00) in the aftemoon at Sto. ‘Tomas NHS, to be participated by all Regional and Division Education Program Supervisors and Public Schools District Supervisors, Due to the unforeseen activities which are in conflict with other EPS's equally important activities, the PSDSs and selected school heads are requested to assist the Regional EPSs for this activity. The ‘assignment of the PSDSs and selected schoo! heads is found in Enclosure 1 of this memorandum. ‘Transportation expenses of the EPSs and PSDSs relative to the conduct of this “Panaghinabi" activity shall be charged to Division MOOE funds, while any expenses incurred by the schools shall be charged to their MOOE funds subject to its availablity and the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
