Owner.
 The Watchmen Payment For Curing Shall Be Paid By Owner.
 Any Cladding For Elevation Shall Be Paid By Owner.
 Monthly BESCOM Payment shall be paid by the owner
 Materials and road cutting charges for connecting to BWSSB
Sewerage water line shall be paid by the owner
 3'x3' or any size lift Ground floor to second Floor cost shall be
paid by the owner
 interior such has wardrooms, kitchen exact chimmuni, any pop
works shall be paid by the owner.
 only civil works (cement or concrete work) inluded in this
cotation. Interiors, Wood Works, Furniture, Mats, Appliances are
not included.
