SUB:- I am writing this letter to inform you of the


completion of my postgraduate course at AKNU
University. I am pleased to have successfully
completed my studies, and as a result, I will need
to vacate the hostel.
Sir,
My name is Gaddam Hemanth Kumar, It
has been a privilege to reside in the hostel, and I
appreciate the efforts of the management in
ensuring a conducive living environment for all
students. The official completion date of my
postgraduate course at AKNU University is 05
December to 27 January 2024. I kindly request
permission to vacate the hostel premises
following the completion of my academic
program. I understand the importance of
adhering to the established policies and
procedures related to hostel accommodation.

understanding. I look forward to maintaining
positive relations even beyond my time as a
resident at the hostel.
