formally request an extension of insurance coverage as per our policy terms.

Contract Amount: Nrs. 135,96,676.65
Payment till Date: Nrs. 37,91,274.75
Contract Commencement Date: 04/07/2024
Contract Completion Date: 07/03/2024
Percentage of Completion: 27.89% (In terms of payment and contract amount)

Progress Update:
Since the project commenced, we have achieved some significant milestones. Here are the key
developments:
1. Project Milestones: We have successfully completed the construction of foundation related
works of the building that includes site preparation and excavation works, Footing works,
Toe wall construction, column erection, plinth beam related works etc. and we are currently
progressing on the superstructure related works.

2. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: The project adheres strictly to local regulations and
governmental guidelines. Regular inspections by relevant authorities have been conducted,
and we have maintained compliance with safety and environmental standards.
3. Financial Oversight: Financial management has been rigorous, ensuring expenditures are
controlled within approved budgets. We have maintained detailed records of all financial
transactions and have adhered to transparent financial reporting practices. Till now, the
project work equivalent to around 27.88 % of the total contracted amount has been
completed.
4. Schedule Management: The project is progressing as scheduled to finish the contract by
Poush 29 as per the new deadline provided by the Office of Rural Municipal Executive,
Argakhanchi . The updated work schedule is attached with this report.

Request for Insurance Extension:
Given the progress made and the remaining scope of work, we kindly request an extension
of the insurance coverage period. The current policy is set to expire on Midnight of 04/07/2024 plus
12 Months Extended Maintenance period, and we propose an extension up to 13/01/2025 plus 12
months extended maintenance period to cover the remaining construction activities, including any
potential contingencies that may arise during the project's final stages.
