running credit account in the account books of my client operated in due course of
business.
4. That my client bank has approved the loan thereafter you have withdrawn the said loan
amount through your Bank Account No. Policy No. 2000015 on same day.

all referred terms and conditions mentioned in terms and condition letter i.e., application
form and in token of acceptances put up your signature on loan application form and
return the same to my client bank, and hence my client bank sanctioned the same loan.
6. That in spite of acknowledging the liability of payment of the principal balance of Rs.
25917/- you have miserably failed to make payment of the said amount due to my client
from you deliberately with mala fide intent. Hence, you are liable to pay the said balance
amount of Rs.25917/- along with interest @ 18% p.a. from the date of due till the actual
realization of the said sum, as is generally and customarily prevailing in the trade usages,
which comes to Rs. 30582/-
7. Thus, you are liable to pay the total amount of Rs. (30582 + Notice Charge) to my above-
named client, and my above-named client is entitled to recover the same from you.
8. That my client requested you several times through telephonic messages
and by sending a personal messenger to your residence for the release of the said
outstanding payment, but you have always been dilly delaying the same on one pretext or
the other and so far, have not paid even a single paisa out of the said outstanding
undisputed amount. Therefor my client sends legal Notice through R.A.P.D. letter, but
you have not accepted and returned seme to my client.

I, therefore, through this Notice finally call upon you to pay my client Rs. 30582/- along
with future interest @ 18% p.a. from the date of notice till actual realization of the said
amount, together with a notice fee of Rs. 1000/- to my client either in cash or by
demand draft or Cheque whichever mode suits you better, within clear 07 days from the
date of receipt of this notice, failing which my client has given me clear instructions to
file civil, criminal., suit for recovery and other Misc. proceedings against you in the
competent court of law and in that event, you shall be fully responsible for the same.

10. That my client is engaged in the business of Banking and Gold loan.
11. That against your valid and confirmed demand of loan in the year 2022, thereby you have
applied for same to My client for the purpose of Property loan and accordingly my client
bank had sanctioned the loan on dated 23/01/2022. As you have a running credit account
in the account books of my client operated in due course of business.
12. That my client bank has approved the loan thereafter you have withdrawn the said loan
amount through your Bank Account No. Policy No. 20000__ on same day.
13. That, as you had agreed and accepted all referred terms and conditions mentioned in
terms and condition letter i.e., application form and in token of acceptances put up your
signature on loan application form and return the same to my client bank, and hence my
client bank sanctioned the same loan.
14. That in spite of acknowledging the liability of payment of the principal balance of Rs.
_________/- you have miserably failed to make payment of the said amount due to my

with mala fide intent. Hence, you are liable to pay the said balance amount of Rs.
___________/- along with interest @ 18% p.a. from the date of due till the actual
realization of the said sum, as is generally and customarily prevailing in the trade usages,
which comes to Rs. ___________/-
15. Thus, you are liable to pay the total amount of Rs. ____________/- to my above-named
client, and my above-named client is entitled to recover the same from you.
16. That my client requested you several times through telephonic messages
and by sending a personal messenger to your residence for the release of the said
outstanding payment, but you have always been dilly delaying the same on one pretext or
the other and so far, have not paid even a single paisa out of the said outstanding
undisputed amount. Therefor my client sends legal Notice through R.A.P.D. letter, but
you have not accepted and returned seme to my client.

I, therefore, through this Notice finally call upon you to pay my client Rs.
__________/- along with future interest @ 18% p.a. from the date of notice till
actual realization of the said amount, together with a notice fee of Rs. 1000/- to
my client either in cash or by demand draft or Cheque whichever mode suits you
better, within clear 07 days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which
my client has given me clear instructions to file civil, criminal., suit for recovery
and other Misc. proceedings against you in the competent court of law and in that
event, you shall be fully responsible for the same.
