CIRCULAR
Dear Parents, Greetings from School Desk!
This circular is to inform you that the school has planned and organized an Annual School Picnic to students from
Grade III to XII. Students will be visiting Wonderla-Parks & Resorts on 14th November 2023 to be part of an
exciting and enthralling feel. Students will have Flying-In-Space experience, Mission Interstellar takes you on a
journey to galaxies, Water rides, high thrill water rides, land rides and much more.
The Details of the Trip are as follows:
1. Students from G III to GXII will depart from school by 8.15 am on 14th Nov 2023 via school transport.
2. Students must come in regular and proper school uniform along with their ID cards.
3. Students must carry a small bag containing a water bottle, & homemade healthy snacks. We suggest labelling
their belongings, so they do not get misplaced or lost.
4. A healthy vegetarian lunch will be provided to students hence children need not carry lunch.
5. Students will arrive back to school campus by 6.00 pm. School Transport students will be dropped in their
respective drop points. For Non School Transport students, parents are requested to pickup their child/ern
from school after their arrival.
If parents are interested to send their ward to the trip, please sign the form given below. The cost for the school
picnic is INR 1500/-(ONLY CASH) and must be paid while submitting this form. The shared form along with the
amount must behanded over to the class teacher on or before 2nd November 2023.
Note : The trip cost includes – Entry fee / Food /Costume – Take away.
CONSENT FORM
I, Mr/Ms , (Father/Mother) of , studying in
Grade & Section __ , confirm we have read and understood the above information and that I hereby
consent to the above child to take part in the school trip. We also accept to pay an amount of ₹ 1500/-(ONLY
CASH) towards the trip and confirm that the above child is medically fit to attend the trip.
