ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The group wishes to express heartfelt gratitude to God for granting us guidance, the strength, love, and
care necessary to support and assist the family in developing the "Family Nursing Care Plan." This
endeavor would not have been possible without his constant love and guidance.

Second, the group would also like to thank Ma'am Oliv Gay Tumulak, RN, and Ma’am Rossane Cinco
their clinical instructor for community health nursing (both lecture and skills). We appreciate their
lessons, insights, guidance, and feedback for it to be possible in making this FNCP. With their guidance
on for equipping us the necessary skills and knowledge for conducting the family assessment and for
guiding and teaching us the correct and proper and effective data collection for our Related Learning
Experience greatly contributed to the development of our Family Nursing Care Plan and the delivery of
appropriate interventions for the family.

development of our Family Nursing Care Plan. Their trust in us as Capitol University, College of Health
Sciences students allowed us to conduct the necessary assessments and interventions, which were
