RESIDENCE OFFICER [Link]
Revolutionary Greetings!
It has come to our attention that the management and contracted service providers have fallen short in
adequately maintaining the residences, resulting in unsatisfactory living conditions for students. We are
particularly concerned about the conditions at Nurses Home and Residence 1B, where students have
been compelled to vacate their rooms and store their belongings in designated storage areas to
facilitate cleaning. Despite this, numerous complaints have been received regarding unmaintained
rooms and deteriorated residence conditions. We have formally reported these issues and provided
management with a deadline to address them by the end of the week. Should they fail to resolve the
concerns raised, the matter will be escalated accordingly.
We also have instructed security personnel to put an immediate stop to the illegal gambling activities
done by non-students occurring at Nurses Home and to intensify monitoring efforts to ensure the safety
and well-being of students. We strongly encourage students to continue reporting such activities and
individuals involved to facilitate prompt action
For those who are still not registered for residence, kindly follow these steps to register:
1. Complete your academic registration.
2. Register for your residence accommodation at sports complex.
3. Activate your student card and Face ID.
4. Proceed to your designated residence, where the residence manager will assist you in obtaining your
room key.
5. Inspect your assigned room and report any issues using the link provided by the residence manager.
For rooms requiring cleaning, please feel free to request assistance from the cleaning staff.
For any other residence-related concerns, please report directly to the Sports Complex.
We remain committed to ensuring all students have access to safe, clean, and satisfactory living
conditions. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated as we work to resolve these matters swiftly.
We look forward to working together to create a positive and supportive residence community.
Warm regards,
Residence officer 24/25
