Most files released as torrents are also available in the emule network as well.

You can download the same file brom both networks at the same time.

1. Install the Bitcomet torrent client: [Link]

2. Go to Tools/Options/Task/emule and click on the "Download emule plugin" button.

Install the downloaded file and check the "Enable emule plugin" and the "Show
plugin window".

Follow the instructions on this page to configure the emule plugin:

Click on the Servers button of emule to see the server list added from the
[Link] file above. Double click (every time emule is started) on the server
with the maximum number of indexed files to connect to, such as the
"[Link]" which can also be added by the eD2K URL in the "Update
[Link] from URL" field: ed2k://|server|[Link]|4184|/

Note: For best results configure a common folder (directory) for completed
downloads to be the same for both the Bitcomet and the emule client plugin.

Create a folder D:\Bitcomet\Complete and D:\Bitcomet\Temp . It is best to select a


drive that has enough free space to hold your downloaded files. The default
Bitcomet directory settings are created during installation on your C:\ drive. It
is not a good idea to use drive C:\ on your PC because if it runs out of free space
then Windows might not be able to start. Instead of D:\ you can use any other
drive on your PC that has available free space for your downloads.

In Bitcomet go to Tools/Options/Directories and select in the "Default download


directory" the folder D:\Bitcomet\Temp. This folder will hold the incomplete files
in progress as you download them.

Check the "Move completed downloads To" button and then select the D:\Bitcomet\
Complete folder. This is the place to find the completed files from your download
list.

Go to the emule client plugin and click on the button Options/Directories.


In the "Incoming files" field select the D:\Bitcomet\Complete folder.
In the "Temporary files" field select the D:\Bitcomet\Temp folder.

Restart both the Bitcomet and emule clients for the changes to take effect.

3. Double click a torrent file to open it in the Bitcomet client. Click "Download
now".
If the file is also available in the emule network you will see it listed in the
emule client plugin as well and then the Bitcomet client will download from both
p2p networks and all available sources at the same time.

When downloading keep both applications running.

Create a user name and sign in to Bitcomet for potentialy even faster downloads.
Check your torrent share for new torrents that you receive from other users.

Enjoy much faster downloads and _please_ keep seeding so that others can get the
chance to download as well the same files as you did !!!
