Residential Area Compliance Report

The report evaluates residential and service areas against established standards, highlighting that most residential buildings meet criteria such as facade width, plot size, and building height. However, setbacks in both residential and service areas do not meet standards, and service area building coverage is below the required percentage. Overall, the findings indicate compliance in various aspects but also point out specific areas needing improvement.
