Bullying is the act of continual abuse where one party tries to enforce it’s power ove another.

is experiencing this often with teenagers. And it uses force, threat or to abuse, and to intimidate
others. This behavior is often repeated and habitual. Bullying can occur in many context in
which human beings interact with each other. This includes school, church, family, workplace,
home, and neighborhoods. During the school years, bullying is one of the most common
expressions of violence in the peer context. Bullying involves repeated hurtful actions between
peers where an imbalance of power exists. The lack of social capital experienced by victims
serves to maintain victims in their current role and prevents them from gaining social status.
conducted a review of the mental health consequences of bullying for children and adolescents
and found that bullying is associated with severe symptoms of mental health problems,
including self-harm and suicidality. There are indications that mental health problems are
increasing among adolescents in some Nordic countries. At the age of 11-15 years between
1993-2014, they examined mental health among Scandinavian adolescents. Because of getting
bullied by others about their Mental health they can experience problems like; sleep disorders,
headache, stomach pain, feeling tense, sad and/or dizzy. Further, the domination used by
bullies to subjugate victims results in intense humiliation that has lasting negative effects on
victims, such as anger and depression. The theory of humiliation has been formed over many
years of international experience, and on the backdrop of the traumatic World Wars and
Holocaust of the past century. The victims experience the physical, verbal and social bullying
that tempt them to depress. Bullying is divided into three basic types of abuse: the emotional,
verbal and physical. Based on article 8: One in three children (29.2%) reported experiencing
frequent bullying, defined as at least once a week. This included physical bullying alone
(13.8%), verbal bullying alone (22.7%) and the combination (7.4%). Children who reported
being frequently bullied self-reported higher internalising symptoms compared with children who
did not report frequent bullying. This difference was confirmed by parents' reports of their child's
internalising symptoms. Amongst children who reported frequent bullying, those with a group of
friends had better emotional well-being. furthermore, internet users pertaining to several acts
which are considered to be cyberbullying. In the past, bullying could be better controlled
because they were limited to face-to-face interaction. However, in recent years, this issue has
matched the pace of technological evolution, making it more dangerous and harder to address.
Mobile phones,emails,social media,chat rooms and other forms of technology have allowed
bullying to expand into cyber space.

In recent years, people around the world have become more technologically savvy as
communication through the use of social media and other digital platforms have become part of
one’s [Link], with this globalization and easy use of internet and other technologies
comes reports and cases of misuse of these technologies that have concerned educators,
leaders, parents and lawmakers who try to warn people about cyber danger.

The purpose of the researchers why they study this topic is to make the other realize that too
much. this study aims to provide an options to the victims of cyberbullying in order to reduce the
harsh impacts it causes to the long term effects which will then be impacted to the nation.
