In case of errors or questions about your Account you can:
a. Contact us through your Account in the App:
• Tap the profile icon > Support > Something Else
• If it's a Cash App Card Dispute:
• Tap Cash App Card > Dispute a Purchase > Tap Start a Dispute to move forward
• Select the Cash App Card transaction you’d like to dispute and follow the prompts
• Please note: if you have multiple claims you will have to submit those claims separately as you can only select one transaction at a time.
• If it's any other type of dispute, select Contact Support.
b. Call us at 1-800-969-1940.
c. Write us at Cash Disputes, 1955 Broadway, Suite 600, MSC 211, Oakland, CA 94612.
Contact us as soon as you can, if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer on the statement
or receipt. You can report an error up to 60 days after the date we sent you the first statement on which you believe the error occurred.
In order for us to investigate your claim, you will need to provide:
• Your name and Account information (including $Cashtag, email and/or phone number);
• Why you believe there is an error,
• The dollar amount involved; and
• Approximately when the error took place.
We will investigate your complaint and will correct any error promptly. If we take more than 10 business days to do this, we will credit your
account for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation.

NOTICE OF UPDATED TERMS OF SERVICE - FEES AND LIMITS FOR NEW REMITTANCE SERVICE
Cash App will begin offering a remittance service to eligible customers.
Fees* for this service will include:
• Remittances of $300 or more:
• Cash pickup: $1.99 per remittance
• Bank transfers: No fees
• Remittances of less than $300:
• Cash pickup: $1.99 per remittance + $1.99 service fee
• Bank transfers: $1.99 service fee
Limits**
• $1,000 USD per transaction
• $1,999 USD per week
• $2,999 USD per month
*Remittance payments will include an exchange rate if there’s an exchange of currencies. The retail exchange rate we quote you may be
different from the wholesale exchange rate we obtain from our foreign exchange providers. The difference between the retail exchange rate
applied to your remittance payment and the wholesale exchange rate at which we acquired the payout currency will be kept by Cash App and/or
the paying agent as revenue, in addition to any fees disclosed to you.
**Cash App reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to impose and adjust transaction limit at any time, subject to some restrictions.
NOTICE OF UPDATED TERMS OF SERVICE - UPDATED LIMITS
On or after July 22, 2024 but no later than August 31, 2024, transaction limits for Peer-to-Peer Send and Add Cash are changing and may result
in your limits being lowered. To check your Send and Add Cash limits in-app:
1. Log in to your account
2. Tap the profile icon on your Cash App home screen
3. Scroll to the Account & Settings section and select Limits
