CPR+AED for lay rescuer trainer program by Emergency Link Indonesia, and a motor sport
emergency acedemy certificate by Primary Regional General Hospital NTB.
From 2023 to December 2024 I active in the Indonesian emergency link as a BTCL
facilitator and CO instructor of basic live support for lay rescuer and BCLS.

How do you handle stress?
When I feel stressed or think about a lot of things, usually I will look for a solution on
how not to remain silent in a stressful condition, so I do activities that I like, such as sports,
usually I do running, and I feel when I do these activities I feel stressed I am reduced but cannot
solve the problem that is causing my stress, so I also slow, deliberate breaths, calm the mind and
body and pay attention and realize what is happening in the moment, without being distracted by
thoughts of the past or worrying about the future.
