DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL, SECTOR-14 &10 A, GURUGRAM

NO./CIRC/629 Dated: 14 MAY, 2025

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Greetings and a warm welcome to the new academic session!

We are delighted to have your child with us and look forward to a year filled with learning, growth, and joyful
experiences. At the heart of our efforts is the well-being and safety of our students—and we truly believe that a
nurturing, simple, and respectful environment is key to their holistic development.

As a school that proudly serves students from diverse backgrounds, it is important that we maintain a uniform
decorum that promotes inclusivity, equality, and focus.

To ensure the safety and well-being of all students, we kindly request your cooperation with the following
guidelines:

1. Avoiding Costly Stationery: Students are advised not to bring expensive stationery items, such as
fancy pens, designer pencil boxes, or electronic gadgets, to school. This will help prevent the risk of
loss, damage, or disputes among students. We encourage the use of simple and necessary stationery
only. Any such items brought to school will be respectfully collected and donated to underprivileged
children, in the spirit of sharing and community support.

2. Birthday Celebrations: While we understand the excitement of celebrating birthdays, we request that
these celebrations should be kept simple. Students may distribute only toffees among their classmates.
Kindly refrain from sending cakes, gifts, or party favors, as no gift exchanges will be allowed. This will
promote inclusivity and prevent unnecessary pressure on children.

3. Avoiding Heavy Metal Items: To reduce the weight of school bags, students are requested not to bring
any heavy items such as metal water bottles and large steel lunch boxes to school.

We appreciate your support and cooperation in ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for all
students.

Thank you for your attention and understanding.

Regards,

Aparna Erry

Principal
