We are seeking a highly driven and accomplished Product Manager to spearhead the strategic
direction and execution of our SaaS product. This role is ideally suited for an entrepreneurial
professional passionate about developing cutting-edge products, possessing a comprehensive
understanding of the SaaS lifecycle, and eager to make a substantial impact within a nascent
organization. This individual will be pivotal in transforming our strategic vision into a tangible, market-
leading product that drives user delight and achieves optimal market fit.

Key Responsibilities:
 Define and articulate the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with
overarching corporate objectives and identified market opportunities.
 Generate comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), detailing prioritized
features and providing robust justification based on thorough customer needs analysis,
competitive intelligence, and business impact assessments.
 Cultivate expert-level knowledge of the competitive landscape, continuously monitoring
market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic differentiation and optimal product
positioning.
 Collaborate on the development of core product positioning and messaging, working
closely with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target
audiences.
 Achieve and report on defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), demonstrating a
results-oriented approach to product performance and continuous improvement.
 Provide thorough product briefings and training to the Customer Success team, ensuring
their preparedness for successful customer onboarding, adoption, and retention.
 Evaluate and pursue strategic partnerships and integration opportunities with external
third parties to enhance product capabilities and expand market reach.
 Serve as a leadership figure within the organization, championing the product vision,
fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving internal alignment towards shared strategic
goals.
 Manage the comprehensive product lifecycle, from initial ideation and discovery through design,
development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
 Conduct in-depth customer research, synthesize user feedback, and analyze relevant data to
identify pain points, validate hypotheses, and guide data-driven product decisions.
 Maintain close collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout
the entire product development continuum.
 Oversee product backlog management, strategically prioritizing features based on business
value, technical feasibility, and market demand.
 Plan and execute successful product launches, orchestrating coordinated efforts across
marketing, sales, and customer support functions.
 Monitor critical product metrics (e.g., user engagement, conversion rates, retention, churn) and
leverage insights for iterative product enhancement.

Qualifications:
 Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Product Management, with a demonstrated
focus on SaaS products.
 Proven track record of successfully launching new products and features from
conceptualization to market introduction.
 Extensive experience in new product management, encompassing strategy definition,
roadmap development, and detailed requirements generation.
 Prior experience contributing to a fast-paced founding team or startup environment is highly
advantageous.
 Profound understanding of the SaaS business model, including subscription economics and
principles of product-led growth.
 Exceptional ability to define comprehensive product strategy and a clear roadmap.
 Demonstrated proficiency in delivering high-quality PRDs featuring prioritized features with
robust justification.
 Strong analytical acumen, enabling expert understanding of the competitive landscape and
market dynamics.
 Superior communication and interpersonal skills, essential for contributing to core product
positioning and messaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
 A results-driven orientation, evidenced by a consistent record of achieving set OKRs.
 Experience in briefing and training Customer Success teams.
 Adept at evaluating external third parties for partnership and integration opportunities.
 Proven leadership qualities, capable of acting as a leader within the company and motivating
diverse teams.
 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. An MBA
is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:
 Proficiency with relevant product management tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Figma, analytics
platforms).
 Prior domain-specific experience relevant to our SaaS product (e.g., FinTech, Cybersecurity, HR
Tech).
 A strong technical background or comprehensive understanding of software development
