2. Why do you see this as the most serious issue for you and your community?
Harassment is a serious issue because it undermines the safety, dignity, and mental
well-being of individuals, fostering fear and mistrust within the community. It hinders
progress, normalizes abusive behavior, and violates fundamental rights, making it essential
to address for a safer and more inclusive society.
3. What do you believe is the best solution to the issue?
The best solution is to create awareness, enforce strict policies, provide safe reporting
mechanisms, and promote respect and empathy to build a harassment-free environment.
4. How would you participate in the proposed solution of this project?
{Proposed Solution: Self-defense workshops for girls and training sessions, either
within school/college/university programs or as extracurricular activities, actively
promoting the importance of self-defense education, encouraging peers to attend
these sessions, and to include self-defense as a regular part of the academic
curriculum}
