Smart HDR could also be turned off and on with my iPad and iPhone, but not with my Android
device. As soon as you save the movie to your device, iOS will use the MOV format and
Android will use the MP4 format. This default wasn't something I could change. Other than
that, I didn't see any big changes between the two versions of the app. But in the past, some
CapCut tools have come to iOS and Android at different times, so keep that in mind.
You can also send videos straight to social media sites like WhatsApp, Facebook, and
Instagram. You don't have to link your accounts because CapCut doesn't need them, but you
do need to have those apps on your computer. It goes without saying that you can also upload
your videos straight to TikTok. That way, you can use CapCut to edit your videos and enjoy
TikTok's community. The CapCut logo is also gone when you upload your video to TikTok. It
looks like ByteDance doesn't need the free advertising on its own service. If not, you'll have
to remove the watermark by hand in the timeline of your movie before you export it. But if
your video is longer than TikTok's time limit, you'll have to cut it down in the app.

When you open CapCut for the first time, the interface is full of icons that lead to familiar

choose. It gives the program a lot of power, but it makes a puzzling request.
Most of the time, you can tell apps to access all of your Photos files or just a few to look at.
It's all pretty simple, and the person using the software has full power over what it can see.
You can choose which shots you want CapCut to use here, but this is only useful when
starting a new project.
CapCut needs to see your whole library before you can use one of these tools, which doesn't
make sense. This may only affect a few people, but we thought it would be helpful for those
of you who care about your privacy to know that those shortcuts and templates may not be
the best idea. We don't understand why this request is being made, and it makes us wonder
what else the software could do with your photos and videos.
