Applications in the prescribed format are invited from qualified candidates for
appointment to the Post of Technician Grade II (on contract basis), School of Industrial

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025):


18 - 36 Years. Backward communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age
relaxation.

Other conditions
T h e Technician Grade II on contract basis in School of Industrial Fisheries will be
engaged from July to April with breaks during vacation months of May-June of the
respective year. The initial period of appointment is for one year which may be extended
to two years. Reservation Rules are applicable for the appointments to the above post.
The University reserves the right to shortlist the candidates on the basis of marks obtained
in the qualifying degree. All Proceedings pursuant to the said notifications will be subjected
to the result of Writ Petitions or Writ Appeals, if any, connected with the matter pending
before the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala.

qualification etc.) should reach the “Registrar, Administrative Office, Cochin
University of Science and Technology, Kochi-22” on or before 17.09.2025 with the
superscription on the envelope “Application for the post of Technician Grade
II, School of Industrial Fisheries on contract basis”.
3. Late and defective applications will summarily be rejected.

Fee Details
₹900/- for General and OBC candidates and ₹185/- for SC/ST candidates.

Mode of Remittance
