Material and Corrosion Engineer – Sur Based

Main responsibilities
• Skilled on corrosion systems’ components identification, analysis, monitoring, assessment of degradations
and means of control.
• Experience of corrosion monitoring and inspection activities by performing routine inspections ensuring
compliance with the applied codes’ requirements, identify problems, and estimate equipment life
expectancy from material and corrosion view point.
• Able to undertake or co-ordinate failure investigations into material and corrosion issues through active
participation in regular review of corrosion management information during RBI review and update.
• Expert in the areas of materials selection and performance, welding, coatings, cathodic protection.
• Drive continuous improvement of Inspection practices taking into account 'best practice', international
standards to improve efficiency & effectiveness and changes in business environment.
• Capable on developing and maintaining effective corrosion control strategies and systems in accordance
to applied international standards.
• Comply to all OLNG and local relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures
and controls.
Qualifications & Experience
• BSc or higher in chemical or materials engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in the petrochemical industry.
• NACE corrosion certification level I or II preferred.
• Mastery level of competence is required within materials selection and specification, corrosion control
systems design and management, and investigation of equipment failure.
• Preferable with Process safety engineering experience.
• Cryogenic experience is preferable as is knowledge and application experience of risk based inspection
and analysis.
• Knowledge of NDT, welding procedures and inspection, design codes and manufacturing processes are
required.
• Good verbal/ written communication skills.

Cyber Security System Engineer – Sur Based

Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain the Process Control Domain cyber security cost effectively, whilst maintaining the highest level
of HSE performance and optimum levels of integrity and reliability within approved budget and availability
targets.
• Ensure the reliability and integrity of the control systems and strategies by the application of reliability
centered techniques and establishes control within an ISO certified quality assurance system.
• Play a leading role in troubleshooting and analysis of cyber security incidents within Process Control
Domain
• Maintain awareness of developments within the industry in cyber security and initiate changes that will
harden the system. Design, review, co-ordinate and execute changes in his area of competence ensuring
company and regulatory standards are met.
 • Ensuring professional competency and common focused commitment to integrity, reliability and cyber
security throughout Process Control Domain assurance systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Candidate should have as a minimum BSc/BEng in a related Engineering or Technology Science With at
least 6 years experience in Chemical, refinery or gas industry of which at least 4 years as Industrial Control
System Engineer and has worked a minimum of 2 years as a Cyber Security Engineer for an Industrial
Control Systems.

• Strong Knowledge of DCS (preferably Yokogawa) and subsystems and has developed and implemented
cyber security solution within Process Control Domain. Knowledge of Process Control Domain network
structure & topology. Knowledge of industrial (preferably Shell) Cyber security standards. Knowledge of
industrial control system network structure and equipment

Major Maintenance Supervisor – Sur Based

Main responsibilities
• Responsible for field execution supervision of Process Trains turnarounds, equipment shutdowns and
major maintenance activities within the approved schedule and budget and in accordance with complex
HSE policy and procedures.
• Identify all required resources (materials, labour and equipment) to perform activities.
• Arrange the necessary required tools, special tools, lifting tools for each job and replenish them whenever
required.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum OND or equivalent in a relevant discipline engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industry as a discipline technician/ supervisor (Mechanical, Electrical,
Instrumentation or civil).
• Experienced in supervision of technicians and contractors.
• Must be able to show a minimum of 2 to 3 years involvement in troubleshooting, analysis and resolving
technical field problems independently.
• Must be able to interpret and decide on information outside of his discipline background from
experienced specialists within section.
• Knowledge in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Area Maintenance Coordinator – Sur Based

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the reliability and integrity of equipment by the application of reliability centred techniques and
establish control within an ISO certified quality assurance system.

• Approve area long and short term maintenance plans, schedules and cost estimates in cooperation with
maintenance planners,.

• Plan and oragnise optimum resources for all the preventive and corrective day to day activities within
approved budget and established schedule.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc. In Engineering Science with minimum 10 years experience in the Chemical, Oil or Gas industry as a
discipline (Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation) engineer.

• Knowledge in Maintenance Management and Execution best practices.

 • A minimum of 2 to 3 years involvement and commitment to Reliability Centred Maintenance techniques.

• Knowledge in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and planning tools
(Primavera).

Sr. Instrument Technician – Sur Based

Main Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the reliability and integrity of the plant instrumentation and control systems by application of
approved standards, procedures, schedules and effects control within an ISO certified quality assurance
system.
• Carry out the required troubleshooting and maintenance of Instruments and Control systems.
• Establish materials and equipment required to complete correctly all allocated tasks. First intervention in
troubleshooting and analysis.
• Develop specific work instructions and update documentation on request.
• Access and report against tasks within the electronic maintenance management system.
• Act independently in the field.
Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with complex HSE policy and procedures
Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in related Technical Field with minimum 8 years of experience in Chemical, Refinery or Gas Industry.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, calibration, installation of Instrumentations and Control Systems.

Electrical Supervisor – Sur Based

Main responsibilities
• Ensures the reliability and integrity of the plant equipment and systems by application of approved
standards ,procedures and schedules
• Establishes materials and equipment required to complete correctly all allocated tasks. First intervention
in troubleshooting and analysis.
• Accesses and reports against tasks within the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Can act as a team leader in the field and on the job trains Oman nationals to become competent
technicians.
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with complex HSE policy and procedures.
• Contribute to site integrity as Duty Technician for out of hours support.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in a relevant discipline engineering (Electrical)

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in industry at the Electrical discipline
• Able to carry out troubleshooting, analysis and resolving technical field problems.
• Knowledge in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Electrical Technician – Sur Based

Main Responsibilities :
 • Execute Electrical preventive and corrective maintenance on low voltage electrical equipment as per
Oman LNG standard and procedures.
• Ensures the reliability and integrity of the plant equipment and systems by application of approved
standards, procedures and schedules.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 4 years of experience as Electrical Technician in Energy or Oil and
GAS Industries.
• Secondary School with 8 years of experience as Electrical Technician in Energy or Oil and GAS Industries.

QA/QC Inspector – Sur Based

Main Responsibilities
• Administer and support an effective quality management system for the maintenance and engineering
services, in line with the ISO 55000 asset management quality framework
• Contribute and evolve the formal Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, ensuring the principles
of the ISO55000 are adhered to
• Support the external certification and accreditation for ISO55000
• Collate and analyse data for the quality assurance and quality control KPIs and presenting findings
• Support the QCM yearly quality audit plan for maintenance and engineering services, including
turnaround preparations and execution processes.
• Liaise with the engineering leads and maintenance execution personnel to promote quality within the
functional area of expertise
• Maintain accurate and relevant progress and performance data related to agreed quality implementation
programs and issue /present these to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc. in an Engineering Science

• Minimum 5 years in the petrochemical industry of which at least 3 years in maintenance, inspection or
operations environment.
• Knowledge and application experience of quality management systems and analysis is essential.
• Qualification and experience as a Lead Auditor is preferred.
• Mentoring and coaching skills

Quantity Surveyor – Sur Based

Main responsibilities
• Prepare interim and final payments including processing of payment applications and evaluation of
variations, field measurements or on-site verification and evaluations of work in progress/carried out on
all contracts administered.
• Analyse the commercial terms against which contract sponsors obtain services, provide management with
a regular overview of contract commercial performance and make clear and practical improvement
proposals.
• Preparation of estimates in Projects and Maintenance

• Participate and contribute to strategic developments in contract development.

• Prepare cost and performance reports e.g. value of work executed, allocation of costs incurred to budget
item, Omanisation, spend analysis etc

Qualifications & Experience

 • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering Science (preferably in Mechanical or Civil Engineering) or
associate of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
• 5 years field experience in Quantity Survey and Inspection works in the petrochemical industry
• Experience in the application of ISO quality assurance systems in a contracting environment
• Ability to evaluate complex proposals received from suppliers
• Knowledge of LNG plant and related materials and equipment
• Strong ethics
• Effective communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft word suite.

EAM & Project Techno-Functional Analyst – Sur Based

Main responsibilities

• Manages EBS EAM and Project applications service requests (problem resolution, new functionality, new
structures)
• Gather, analyze & prepare functional and technical specification documents for Business requirements
• Manage and support middleware technologies in relation to EAM Modules, i.e. SOA composite applications
and web services
• Lead the execution of application enhancements and upgrade projects

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor degree in IT related field

• Any professional certification from Oracle would be a plus
• 3 years of experience in IT field with at least 1 year in the support of IT applications
• Possess strong business analysis skills
• Possess sound understanding of ITIL framework
• Good understating of Oracle EAM functionalities is essential.
• Fluent in written and spoken English

SCM Techno-Functional Analyst – Sur Based

Main responsibilities
• Manages EBS SCM applications service requests (problem resolution, new functionality, new structures)
• Gather, analyze & prepare functional and technical specification documents for Business requirements
• Manage middleware technologies in relation to SCM Modules, i.e. SOA composite applications and web
services
• Lead the execution of application enhancements and upgrade projects

Qualifications & Experience

 Any professional certification from Oracle would be a plus
 3 years of experience in IT field
 Possess strong business analysis skills
 Possess sound understanding of ITIL framework
 Good understating of Oracle SCM functionalities is essential.
Fluent in written and spoken English

Governance and Compliance Officer – Muscat Based

Main Responsibilities :
• Review and assist in updating Finance policies and procedures as well as identify finance processes that
require documentations.
• Perform regular business process reviews and control assessment with an aim to identify process
improvement opportunities
• Maintain and update Manual of Authorities system / tool and assist in regular reviews and amendments
• Maintain Finance Risk Registers, assist in facilitating risk workshops and risk identification, and follow up the
implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist in investigating and reporting Business Control Incidents
• Liaise with internal, external and state auditors and ensure closure of all audit recommendations in proper and
timely manner.
• Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation and follow up all outstanding or unreconciled items

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Finance Department.
• Good interpersonal skills, effective communication, analytical & problem solving skills
