To confirm the rental agreement terms for the property located at Poblacion East,
Alcala, Pangasinan public market. This letter outlines the basic terms and conditions agreed
upon by both parties.

The duties of the tenants include ensuring the property, handling maintenance, repair issues,
water and electric bill, and must pay the agreed rental amount on time, treat the property with
care, and adhere to the rental terms.

The rental period will commence on June 8, 2024, and will conclude on June 8, 2025. The rent
amount will be 3,500 pesos per month, payable on the eight day of each calendar month. The
method of payment preferred by both parties is thru cash.

Upon the end of the term of the Agreement, the renter has the discretion if he/she still want to
renew the said Agreement.

If there are any ambiguities, the contents of the official lease agreement will be considered
final and binding. Should you have any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact
