Introduction and Issues

Miori Gold Gallery is a fairly new company whose main focus is to provide their

customers the best shopping experience for costume made jewelry. The company utilizes the

owner's expertise to create the perfect piece. It operates with a sole owner and in the meantime

partners up with other companies to make more sales. Miori’s position in the market is average

due to its age and the many competitors they have to compete with. The approximate amount of

yearly sales consist of seventy billion dollars.

At first the CEO’s (Artin) main priority was targeting certain groups who resided in the

community who had mutual interests in the types of jewelry he and his suppliers carried. From

his current count and history of transactions a majority of those purchasers preferred jewelry

pieces that were consistent with holidays and/or personal occasions such as birthdays,

anniversaries and middle Eastern celebrations. The primary customers age target is also ranged

from 25-44 years old. To increase his store's number of customers he offers a variety of

handmade personalized products including but not limited to necklaces, bracelets, earrings and

rings. Because Miori offers products that are accommodated with cultures that surround the

district, he gains customers from that region for the most part. Which is why we will be

consulting with him to not only expand his business but to also help customers see that his

business is an environmentally sustainable welcoming organization that takes pride

Miori’s marketing options have been successful nonetheless, there is plenty of growth.

The established customers are highly satisfied with the work and results of their jewelry.
