To design a system to manage and analyze a large number of workflow
automation processes. It aims to list out the similar workflow automation
process built in the system that will help user to analyze the those impacted
workflow processes rather need to analyze the 200+ odd workflow automation
processes. It also aims to simplify the process of identifying issues related to
workflow configuration, conflicting scenarios, and impact analysis during
workflow modification or creation.

Scope of the project is to develop a system within a workforce to identify
similar workflows. The system is has wide range of usage in CRM tools as it
analysis and makes the impacted workflow and makes the workflow automation
work smoothly.

Workflows automation processes of the system a should be examined by
the developed system. It should be able to make a list of workflow automations
a processess.
4.2 Workflow detection:
Similar workflows should be detected from the list of workflows for
analysis.
4.3. Analysis:
The system should be capable of analyzing the workflows issues in
managing the leads and deals .
4.3..1 Impact
Whenever a new workflow automation is created, the system
should be able to point out the impact of this workflow on the exsisting
workflows
4.3.2 Conflict scenarios
The system should identify the conflicting scenarios between the
new feature added and already configured workflow.

The system should be able to recogonize whether an issue is due to
bad configuration of a workflow

Based on the above analysis the system should conclude where the
the issue is

The system should be user-friendly and easy to manage and
analyze the work

The performance is expected to be very good and reliable

It should be versatile to accommodate increasing number of
