PROJECT DETAILS
● Telstra Telstra Corporation Limited is Australia's largest telecommunications
company which builds and operates telecommunications networks and markets
voice, mobile, internet access, pay television and other products and services. I was
Solution Architect on this project of Live Agent setup for their external portal with
Salesforce Live Chat Agent.
● Deluxe Corporation: Deluxe team had a requirement to migrate from their tradition
system to Salesforce and wanted to make sure all processes are fully functional on
salesforce and for that they are using Lightning feature and not classic mode, due to they
was not like multiple clicks process in current [Link] was based on sales cloud
which requires customisation to implement customised CPQ functionality on salesforce
platform.
● Nilfisk: We created few lightning components for the functionality related to Account
Planning and few custom objects. In this project we also implemented few interface with
VF page embedded with lightning components.
● Key Impact: : This project is related to functionality of foodservice sales and marketing
agency implemented on [Link] page wizards were part of this project
which they called were used as part of Key Impact CRM dashboards. We implemented
few apex classes, batch process, VF pages, VF components, Apex Triggers to accomplish
their requirements.
● CEO Works Networks: The company is an advisory firm which maintains a success
path of CEO to lower hierarchy of an organisation. We created visualforce pages to fulfil
the requirements and included few bootstrap libraries. To accomplish the requirements
related to mobile few specific implementation related to mobile feature were also
inherited.
