 INTRODUCTION

The present report captures an event that occurred in the city of Caracas, in
the month of December in the year 1965, the same recounts the death of Hilda María
Hernández, wife of the Democratic Action Deputy Martín Antonio Rangel,
where he dies as a result of a bomb explosion.
